My husband and I went to this restaurant on a whim and were glad we did!! The food was amazing!! The service was great. We felt like we found a local gem and will definitely be returning. Local place that takes care of all the details. Wide variety of food, patio, friendly service, good music and the best iced tea! The potato wedges have a spiced coating and perfect crunch. The street tacos are so full of meat that they won't close- so tender with fresh crunchy veggies. Weekend specials include menudo! First time here and I loved it!! Great service and really great food!! Everyone was super friendly and attentive!! They all work together to make a great experience. No long waits for drinks or food! Went to this bar with family because it was my cousins birthday. Our waiter was a older thin man rude and forgetful. Not sociable at all. Only when we left, did we get a response from him after leaving him a nice tip. I had ordered a glass of water, and after a while of him not returning to see if we needed anything else, I had to flag him down and ask him for another glass of water. Well he didn’t answer me when I asked him so I thought he didn’t hear me. Well minutes later he returned and placed a pitcher of water right in front of me. It was rude and embarrassing to say the least. My sister ordered a tomato beer and only got a beer. She was embarrassed to ask for a can of tomato juice, so again I asked him for it, and by then he seemed annoyed like I was bothering him for what we ordered to begin with. I ordered a burger, it was good until I got halfway and noticed the meat was raw. So that was where my meal ended for me. Place is also small and because of the size it is also crammed inside. This is a clean bar in the neighborhood. We had a crispy chicken salad for lunch and sat outside in the shade. Lettuce was fresh, the chicken was moist and crispy. Their vinaigrette dressing was a reduction. A lot of good Italian influence in Pueblo. We enjoyed Polito's Beer Barrel bar for our lunch. One exceptional waitress handled the whole place. Beat place I’ve been to in a while. Food is delicious. I got the Italian sausage sloppper with onion rings. Absolutely amazing. Really seems like a family atmosphere. This quaint little restaurant bar exceeded my expectations. I had a simple grilled chicken salad with the house balsamic vinaigrette. Each delectable bite was better than the first. The dressing was perfection. The servers make you feel like family creating each of you making recommendations and last minute switches. I came in with some of my co-workers. Perfect little local spot that is the perfect mix of nostalgia and current. Cool little bar, dining area and outdoor patio with tvs to catch the games. Decent place - family run so friendly. Was busy considering the low capacity we are adhering to. We ordered the cheese burger and chicken enchiladas with both green and red chilli. I got a Moscow mule and my friend got a beer on the tap. Everything was decent. Not amazing, I-cant-believe-how-tasty-this-is, decent enough to enjoy the food. I liked the green chili more than red chili. Would've liked more flavor to the chicken iny enchiladas. The burger was again, a decent burger. My friend got ghost pepper cheese which was awesome!! The moscow mule was good but not terribly strong. The beer was actually good.

So my step dad Used to work at this local restaurant. This was back in 07 And him and my mom were dating and my step dad Was a waiter So you know you gotta be nice to the customer Try to make Conversation with them etc he was helping this girl and when she left there is a note on the table with her phone number on it He shows it to my mom As a joke. And my mom being the woman boss that she is.
