Ive eaten here a few times now. Highly recommend the pork belly and fried chicken. It’s a fun place to sample Korean favourites with friends. The menu is pretty small, but the food is nonetheless great Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes Korean Fried Chicken

The flavors were good, especially the stir-fried rice cakes. However, the environment was too noisy; the background music was quite loud, making it challenging for my friend and me to hear each other's conversations. I understand the string lights and the ambience do remind one of an actual cafe in Korea but the food here is bad and grossly overpriced. The rice cakes are what a college student could cook up and they would because the ingredients are so cheap. It is my least favorite Korean soju bar in Santa Clara. Well this, and the newer Hong Dae Pocha. They don't give banchan. The servers roll around once in a blue moon but this is part of the vibe. The fried chicken is mid. The pork cutlet with cheese tastes salty and synthetic. The kimchi fried rice is almost all rice and kimchi with nothing else. I haven't tasted anything remotely good here and almost all dishes are upwards of $20. Except the $13 French fries. I don't understand the hype around this place. Service was slow and food was mediocre. I tried pork cutlets and I did not know you can make pork meat so dry and tasteless! The rice cakes were too chewy. Garlic chicken was good tbh. So they get 3 stars and I'll never come back here Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

Good koeran food place, most dishes come in a big plate and you have to cut/share. Everything tastes great, the portion is ok but there isn't much meat, the boneless chicken were particularly small (one bite). Actually pretty affordable as well, we had 8 ppl and each spent $25-30. Don't get the soju tho, they are $6 in a Korean market it's $14 here. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $20–30 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes Dukbokgi

Tried out Pocha K for dinner. Ordered quite a bit of food. We had the spicy boneless chicken, sweet potato fries, tonkatsu, and a kimchi fried rice. Also had some soju and beer to pair with the meal. Portions are pretty big. Would have been helpful if the staff let us know we probably over ordered haha. Food was ok. Nothing really stood out to me. Definitely would not order the tonkatsu though. They give you a long piece of tonkatsu, that is mainly just batter. Really would avoid ordering it. Alcohol here is pretty expensive too. Staff could be a bit more attentive. Lots of parking in the back. I'd definitely be open to coming back in again, but would try other things. This spot does get busy later, since they do open later than most places.

Korean Army Soup in the cold weather sounds so good! Ramen mixed with spam, dumplings, tofu and many other ingredients that are delicious. Soup had an bean based with actual beans so it gives the soup an thick and flavorful taste. And ofc everything goes well with some soju so we had to get that!😂 . Don’t forget to try out the other delicious main courses like their meat that are really popular. Each portion is quite big so it’s really filling for an large party. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $50–100 Recommended dishes Fish Cake Soup
It's a cute restaurant with cozy vibes and vibrant decor. They serve you sweet pretzel bites to start off. It was very unexpected but delicious. My friend and I ordered apple mango soju, fish cake soup, rabokgi, and spicy boneless chicken. Bonesless chicken was delicious (more on the sweeter side than spicy). Meat was very tender and perfectly seasoned. Rabokgi was okay. Noodles had all the flavor but not the rice cakes (I guess that's expected). It was good, though. Soup was great as well.
