The Surestay is one of the hotels I am able to stay at when traveling through Reno for work. After driving all day it is nice to have a restaurant and bar at the hotel. John, the bartender, makes it even better. Alway get great service from him and makes the night enjoyable. Love it when he is working when I stay here. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
