I ordered crispy taco. However, I was served a soggy taco. The shell was so soggy that was falling apart when I tried to pick it up. I asked waiter to fix the issue, but he tried to tell me that this how it supposed to be. Then, instead of making a new one, he brought new empty taco shell and told me that I can move my soggy taco inside a new taco shell. I requested to speak to manager and they told me that there was none present. This issue should have been resolved in a way for staff fixing it instead of proving me wrong or just bringing empty taco shell. I was shocked and very unsatisfied with service.

This is one our places to go the owner has another location in Olney. Me and my wife go there a couple times a month we are always treated very good at either location.The staff and service is great and very friendly.
