We invited our family to plátano loco because that was pretty much our last day in Puerto Rico 🇵🇷. A total of 24 show up in the restaurant, with only 2 servers. Kiarely and Joshua did an excellent job trying to take care of all of us. My family and myself were more than happy with the services. The food was great, the place was great, and the services excellent. Thanks Kiarely and Joshua. Next time with visit Puerto Rico, we will come back to Plátano Loco!! Exelente food and service prices are good I had the Arroz Aplatana'o,flan de plátano dulzura jibara with me, plátano loco drink and locolada everything was great. Gracias a Julia'n our server Aguada location by the balneario

On this particular visit staff on duty ignored us even though bartender, 1 female, 1 male where chatting near bar/bathroom area. The other female server had ben in br. There was only one couple seated/all other tables were dirty, non cleared. We left. Was frequent client, taking friends from Europe/USA, will try Rincon locale. I have been visiting Platano Loco since it started in Jaguey around 30 years ago. Then at Rincón and their newest location in Pico de Piedra in Aguada. The food is always delicious, my favorite is the plaintain soup (la sopa de plátano), La Isla de pollo and the sorullos. I love that this place is dog friendly and by dogs I mean they will do their best to make the life of those poor abandoned dogs as comfortable as possible. 5/5 and well deserved.
