The culinary experience here was truly delightful! From the tantalizing pizza dough adorned with savory and sweet toppings to the exquisite flavors of the focaccia with fromage and the refreshing sorbet, each dish exuded remarkable taste. As a newcomer to this establishment, I found myself pleasantly surprised by the gastronomic journey it offered. However, despite the good flavors, I must express a minor grievance regarding the ambiance. The cozy yet diminutive setting and the shared table arrangement somewhat compromised the overall experience. While the communal aspect might foster a convivial atmosphere for some, it hindered the desired privacy that enhances the indulgence in such delectable delights. Nevertheless, the food showcased in each dish truly exemplified a dedication to culinary artistry and flavor profiles that captivated my food-loving soul. A little birdy told me I could get an amazing stone fired pizza in 90 seconds and they delivered! It was 90 seconds so fresh delicious. The waitress was fun and new some local hot spots in Flagstaff. The patio was perfect to enjoy the pizza and ice cold beverage. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes Margherita Pizza

Beautiful pizza. The crust was slightly more crispy than I've come to expect from neapolitan pizza but it was still absolutely delicious. It's a good size for one person, the wine is tasty and the service was really fast and helpful. Not too expensive either. Great place. We wanted to try a new place in Flagstaff, found this pizza place had great ratings, decided to try it, so glad we did!! They have a very small seating area inside that is mostly a large bar table, also some additional small tables, the delicious smell of fresh bread and pizza fill the restaurant, the pizzas and bread are delicious with options for with red sauce or without, and with or without cheese, and several types of Italian sodas, wine/beer, Looking forward to our next visit!!!! Sooooo good! I love a wood-fired pizza and this was one of the bests. My friend and I shared the burrato with focaccia as well as the featured pizza that day and we both were very happy. The perfect amount to leave you satisfied and not feeling overly full. Although we definitely considered ordering a second pizza because it was so good. Hours are limited and street parking was the only thing available. There is a carry-out option if you can't get a place inside their small dining space (24 seats give or take). My sister & her husband said the pizza was VERY good. & i do NOT agree w/ them @ all, i did not like it @ all. Pizza doesn’t even fill you up, you can taste the burnt bread & i did not enjoy that. Very small place, dont recommend. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20
This place is extremely busy. Popular amongst the college students and the town. Kinda spendy and truly an authentic Italian pizza. Pizzas are small but tasty. Atmosphere pleasant, clean. The service was awesome. Worth the 45 min wait. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes Margherita with Soppressata

One of the best pizzas I’ve had in America. Beautiful sourdough charred and chewy crust - such light pizza dough and beautiful toppings. A charming space, lovely staff, great wine. It felt very European here - wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to a friend! Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $30–50 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes Margherita Pizza

This is a great little spot with a small dining room, outside seating, a compelling story (if you are a pizza obsessive), and really great Neapolitan style pizza. It was threatening to rain, but we decided for the patio since the dining room was packed on a busy Saturday night. We noticed that our chefs were shuttling pizza sauce, dough, and whatever else they needed from the other end of the building, down the sidewalk by the patio and in through the front door, as they have some sort of separate prep room that allows them to use this prime corner spot without having the size of kitchen that would be required. The story we read was that the chef travelled Italy and fell in love with pizza, and when he got back to the states he bought an oven and set up a pizza shop. I love the story because, if I had a bit more business acumen (and capital), I would love to do the same thing. I ordered a Margherita pizza with pepperoni, and my wife ordered a white pie called “Carne Dolce” (mascarpone, mozzarella, honey, sage, ‘nduja). The pizza had the perfect amount of flavorful sauce, the pepperoni was smaller in diameter and delightfully crispy and cupped, the flavor bombs of ‘nduja with sage balanced out the honey which was applied with an appropriately light touch to the white pie. The crusts of both pizzas had the right amount of char, the Neapolitan signature flexibility, with the crispy outer layer and soft, chewy interior. I would say they apply a tiny bit more salt to their dough mix than most, or perhaps it was in the mozzarella, but I wasn’t mad at the extra flavor that was illuminated by the slight difference. We finished off our meal with the house-made gelato, and the peanut butter and chocolate chip Stracciatella was uncharacteristically light, and so delightful! Our kind and attentive server took the time to talk briefly with us about the menu, though the restaurant was slammed, and we didn’t feel rushed, which is a feat in itself. There were smiles and conversations all around us and we had a beautiful dinner at this gem of a pizza spot in the historic Southside Neighborhood in Flagstaff.
