Very excellent pizza, it's a shame that the Di Mare pizza is unavailable throughout our stay (6 days), the staff is welcoming. The Italian dishes are very good and authentic. The ingredients are fresh. There are plenty of dishes to choose from. The view is magnificent both during the day and at night. A must-visit during your trips to the island. It may not be the best in Madagascar if you're used to visiting the big restaurants in Tana, but it's definitely the best in Sainte Marie when it comes to pizza and Italian dishes.

Beautiful place to eat! Nice views, friendly stuff, handmade tagliatelle. Delicious roastbeef and lots of pizza🍕! What more can you ask for happiness? The menu also lists special dishes like rabbit or black tagliatelle and definitely watch the 'plat de jour'. Despite the good quality, it is still affordable. Definitely one of the highlights in Ile de Sainte Marie 😜✌️

This place was recommended to us by a colleague so we gave it a try as we came for a visit to town. My boyfriend absolutely loved the black pasta with smoked fish which the owner recommended - it was super delicious! Would definitely return to taste more specialty dishes!

Well, I definitely didn't expect to discover such a great restaurant in Sainte Marie. And the prices are very reasonable. The food is just so delicious roast beef, ravioli, and fresh pasta to name a few. I recommend 💯
Didn’t expect to find excellent house made pasta and focaccia on a small island off the coast of Madagascar, but we certainly did at La Cambusa. Great lunch stop while exploring Sainte Marie by bicycle.

By far the best place in SteMarie
BUT the location set on GoogleMaps is still wrong, La CAMBUSA has moved toward center of town AMBODIFOTATRA, at the old place of LA BANANE, please update the localization
Great place to eat. Many options for pizza, from traditional tomato based sauces to cream based. The pizza is thin crust. The Strimboli was delicious, and the filling was good. They use a great cheese, which is a hard thing to find sometimes, especially in Sainte Marie.
The atmosphere is typical if Sainte Marie, open air dinning. They have made it so that plant cover most of the front of the dinning area giving some privacy. We went on a Friday evening and we were the first to arrive around 7 pm. A few others showed up shorlty there after. Once we ordered it took about 30 mi utes for our food to arrive. As i already mentioned it was delicious. Drinks are in bottles, so you pay for every new bottle you get.
