I was really looking forward to this after having a good meal at the Zhubei branch, but it was just ok. I ordered a Hawaiian (don’t judge me for that) and it came with very little ham and loads of cheese which drowned out the other flavors and made it soggy. The service was very meh too - not very friendly or attentive. One star off for selling out of medium pizzas too (how is that even possible?). Overall very disappointing and just very meh. Also feel that it’s overpriced (about $30 more than average). On the upside, the decor is nice. I wouldn’t go back based on this visit.
I ordered an 8 Inches Red Milano for takeout, which is good! Definitely good to check out if you have a craving for pizza 🍕

Great pizza. Friendly service. Reasonable prices. Ate in with a colleague a couple of times while working in Hsinchu.

Well, that's a difficult one to review... If you compare it to your global pizza chain I'd say 4-5 stars. But reading the founder's history, how he went to Italy in search of an authentic pizza, I came here with the expectation to enter an Italian bubble. Not really...
The crust: See the pic, not too bad, but the stone could definitely do with a bit more oomph :) The dough is a bit on the blunt side - a higher portion of fermented dough would definitely be helpful to flavor and texture while, now I know about this fine line in Taiwan, a tad more salt would also open up the flavor. In conclusion, it's not too bad but it leans towards a mass-produced dough rather than one which was created with love.
The toppings: Nice prosciutto! But very cheese heavy. Looks like the person who put things on top of the crust was influenced by American pizzas, not the delicate balance of an authentic Italian thin-crust pizza. That's also somehow reflected on the menu. Meat-lovers. Quattro staggioni with pineapple.
Kudos for the Greek salad! This must be the first time in Taiwan I didn't find sugar in my salad dressing!
Finally, the service. Not bad, but a restaurant closing at 9:30 according to Google, 10:00 according to their Facebook site where the staff gets ready to close at 8:30 by sweeping the floor around the customer and the kitchen staff loudly complaining that someone still calls in for an order? No hospitality pros at work there...
One of the most authentic American-style pizza places in Taiwan. Our family goes here when we want a "taste from home", you could say. Our kids love the basic "American" pepperoni pizza and pretty much everything else taste great too!
Good, authentic pizza. Ingredients tasted fresh. Caesar salad was too salty, so I wouldn't recommend it. Prices are pretty decent for good quality foreign food. The ice cream brownie is worth a try. Comparable to a BJ' s pizookie.
