On a Friday afternoon., 3:30pm. We returned to Pizza Ranch after a long time. Covid & other things kept us away. The associate clearing plates from tables & greeting us was cheerful, pleasant & attentive to our dining needs. You can order customized pizza at the pizza buffet according to any pizza ranch location. Expect at this pizza ranch if you do that the manager will come out and harass you for not just eating the “cheap” (her words) pizza. So if you love being being harassed by an overweight middle aged woman while you eat then this pizza ranch is for you! All of the employees were lovely though can’t understate that, the manager was pure utter trash and I will never go back because of her and her bullying customers. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Terrible. I come to Pizza Ranch because I have food allergies. I frequent Pizza Ranch and travel between 3 states. I eat at a Pizza Ranch at least 3 x per week. I came to this location for the first time and they have no option for just eating at the salad bar for $6.99 like every other location I have been to. They tried to charge me full price even though I can't have any Pizza, chicken or anything outside of the salad bar. The clerk completely lacked compassion and wouldn't work with me. I opted to do a to-go salad option since it was cheaper at $10.99. They don't have the to-go container that every other Pizza Ranch has, instead they have a small container with compartments. Due to my food allergies, I had to ask them to give me plain lettuce because the lettuce in the salad bar was filled with peppers and pepperoni, I am allergic to both. They took my to-go container and overfilled one compartment with romaine lettuce and then wouldn't give me the lid until I was done, like I was going to rob them of their lettuce. The compartments made it impossible to make the salad I enjoy. Very disappointing. Additionally, there were peppers mixed in with tomatoes and the cheese so I couldn't eat those item due to allergy cross contamination. I will not be back. Employees are rude and control freaks. Not many all you can eat restaurants around. That being said...it's pizza ranch but the fried chicken mashed potatoes and fixin's are the reason I'll come back. Not to mention the salad bar....kind of brought back feelings of nostalgia. 8 out of 10 would recommend.
