If I lived near here, I would eat here all the time! They have everything I want in a quick service restaurant. The pizza was excellent, it’s clear they use really good quality cheese and toppings. They also have soft serve ice cream with chocolate shell. They were trying out a rice crispy chocolate shell when I was there that was awesome. You can also order off the Jack Sprat Menu which was very convenient for more food and drink options. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Pizza was good for the area. Wish the crust was a little more crispier and had more cheese coverage(cheese quality is good btw). Sauce was on the sweeter side, but thePepperoni quality was good and cupped.
I'm a pizza snob, and can confirm this place is great. Great crust and toppings. Takes a minute to get your bearings since the pizzeria seems to have no indoor seating, but the restaurant across the plaza shares an owner, and you can order/eat your pizza in there. Service is great as well. Street parking only. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Best pizza we had in a loong time. Ingredients and taste were well balanced (personally, I prefer less salt, always, so it was just a little salty for me but my husband had no complaints on that regard), thin, soft and at the same time crunchy crusts, don’t know how that was achieved. It’s definitely will be our go-to pizza place. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Short version: this pizza is so good it deserves to have people lining up outside waiting for it. Honestly the best pizza I’ve had in Seattle. It’s the real deal: thin crust that’s chewy, tangy sauce, and real cheese and toppings. They give out little containers of Parmesan and red pepper too! I usually go for the pepperoni with fresh garlic (seriously why don’t more pizza places offer fresh garlic, it’s amazing). I guess if you like really thick crust or overly doughy pizza with cheap cheese, this isn’t the place for you. But otherwise, you should definitely try it. BTW, if you have leftovers it tastes just as good the next day: preheat a cast iron or carbon steel pan large enough to fit an entire slice over medium heat, then microwave for 1/3 to 1/2 the usual time (just enough to bring to room temperature or slightly lower), butter the pan (it should sizzle) and toss that bad boy in there for a solid three minutes (you’ll think it’s burning but it’s not). I originally ate here on their opening night, and I reviewed this place as just 3 stars, although I reviewed it under Jack Sprat because at the time they were one restaurant on google maps. But they're two kitchens so they deserve two reviews even if they have some sort of financial partnership, so this review is just for the pizza. The first pizza had a good flavor profile, but the cheese and the crust didn't come through because the pizza wasn't cooked all the way through. I said I would come back to give them another taste after they get used to their new kitchen, and I did. I ordered the same Poggio Picante, and everything I liked about it remained consistent. And, pleasantly, the pizza was cooked perfectly this time. You could hear the bottom when you scraped it, and the crust was soft and pillowy on the inside, but crunchy on the outside. The cheese was nicely browned. The pizza really came together this time, I don't have anything bad to say about it at all. They also fixed up their online appearance, so it's very clear that there is two restaurants together, and the google reviews are separate. If you google "Pizza Poggio" you get Jack Sprat's website, which has both logos and the online ordering is clear. I'm really happy to see this restaurant has made these little improvements, it shows they really care about their craft. I'm very willing to believe my first pizza, which wasn't terrible mind you, was a fluke of the new kitchen. I expect more great pies in the future! I'm a bit of an ice cream snob, but I might even try your soft serve. The price point isn't cheap, but that's normal for food in the area. I'd still argue that Spark Pizza makes the best pizza I've had in the area, but the margin is really thin. They're both great pizzas, and Spark charges a similar price or even a little higher for a smaller pizza (12" there vs 14" here. A 14" is actually like 36% more pizza by area!). The service is shockingly quick, too. They get the order, and put it in the damn oven and get it to you. Pizzas don't take long to cook, so they don't keep you waiting. I think I had my order in about 10 minutes after ordering online. Fantastic! If you're in the area, check out Pizza Poggio for sure.
