There was a line at the door at 11 when our crowd got there. Not only did they seat us immediately (we were almost last in line) but our waitress was AMAZING for the amount of business they had today starting out- her name is Christine from what I was told when I called. She was so sweet and very attentive and didn’t once get irritated with our crowd of 7. The kitchen staff kept hot pizzas rolling out. Big shout out to y’all! The salad bar was restocked constantly. Not a single one of us had to wait more than a few minutes for what we wanted! Def on top of their game today! We were VERY impressed and absolutely will be coming back! y’all were awesome today! and thank you to dj who brought us fresh chocolate pizza! 😊😊 job well done guys. The waitress was rude. She tried to overcharge me. When I asked her about my bill she laughed & walked away. It was my first time & the last time I will ever go there again. This place has been in business for a very time. The best I have ever heard about it was that it is not bad. I only went there to see a friend who was meeting a few other people she knew. I definitely couldn't have done without all the unprofessional behavior. Needless to say I did leave there without paying the bill that they gave me since it was not mine to begin with. We were at Pizza Inn Friday night and our server Kayla was fantastic!! Nobody ever ran out of anything and we all got everything we asked for. She had a party of 31 and worked so hard!! Good food and selection. Waitress wasn't checking her tables. Took 30 minutes and had to ask for refill. Another customer went to the register to complain and he said he waited 20 minutes. There was also a group of 4 that had their 2nd plates from buffet and no drinks. Whoever the manager is at Pizza Inn is as ignorant and unprofessional as they come. For the 3rd time in a few months span they just didn’t make a whole pizza.. twice they only sent cheese on the pizza.. I called today to speak with the manager and she immediately and very rudely said “that’s the door dash driver. I promise you. Take it up with them.” I said no it’s not.. the driver had to wait 55 minutes for y’all to even make the pizzas and you didn’t make one. This is the 3rd time you haven’t made my whole order. She repeated the same thing and said it’s always the drivers. Whoever she is she doesn’t know anything about customer service and she is very rude and ignorant.. a $67 order.. First time last time here. I thought it would be like pizza in of yesteryear but it wasn't. On the receipt it says extra mozzarella but on the menu it says 2x mozzarella and when I spoke to the person and ordered it I asked for double mozzarella and he confirmed that it would be. You see the pictures. This doesn't even look like enough mozzarella for a cheap frozen pizza at the grocery store. As for taste, it tastes like a cheap frozen pizza from the grocery store. I would much prefer Little Caesars over this. I don't give them one star because I didn't find any bugs or drugs. But it's definitely not a three star or better pizza. My daughter and granddaughter and I visited after lunch about 2:00. They were finishing a birthday party for kids. We had to wait for a table for 3 adults and a toddler, which is fine. Apparently they were short staffed and dishwasher didn't show up for work as some people were served paper plates along with styrofoam cups. And even received utensils in a plastic wrapper. Just some good solid eatin here. Always great food every time I stop in. They really need to open one up in Wilmington. It would put CiCi’s out of business. Friendly staff, great customer service.
