The truth is that you will really enjoy good spaghetti, stromboli and soup. Visitors don't highly appreciate chocolate pizza at this pizzeria. Pizza Inn is famous for its great service and friendly staff, that is always ready to help you. From the guests' viewpoint, prices are reasonable. You will certainly like the lovely atmosphere and nice decor. But guests rate this place below average on Google.

We love Pizza Inn! If you’re seeking a great pizza buffet this is the spot in Washington, NC! Upon entering the restaurant we are always greeted and seated quickly. The service is friendly and the staff is excellent at keeping your beverage full. The restaurant has always appeared neat and clean and so are the restrooms. It has the feel of a retro pizza place with the decor and is a fun place to go for a night out. You can order from the menu if you want something specific, but we have always gotten the buffet. This consists of any type of pizza you can imagine along with a very fresh salad bar. Our waitress has always asked us at the start of our visit if there’s any special pizza we would like to have on the buffet. If so she will order it immediately and bring the table several slices of it as soon as it’s out of the oven. They have thin crust, and thick crust, garlic knots and a variety of wings to choose from. Veggie pizza, taco pizza, chicken fajita, Hawaiian or meat lovers. There’s pasta and don’t forget the “pizzert” dessert offerings. Last time we went they had a cookie pizzert, and also a chocolate pudding pizzert. A mainstay of the dessert menu is a cinnamon sugar confection that is a great finish to any pizza meal. Now for the value! Pizza Inn offers “punch” cards for every time you eat there. After you 1/2 fill a card your entitled to a 1/2 off buffet. Fill a card and get a free one. So worth it! It typically costs us( 2 adults, drinking sweet tea, no kids ) about $25 for a meal here. That’s a great value for the quality of food! We love Pizza Inn and highly recommended this place if you’re looking for a pizza buffet in the Washington, NC area. I've always loved this place. It's a classic in Washington. If you know, you know. They have completely remodeled this place, it is a nice fresh atmosphere, they did do a good job, but.... everybody loves the old pizza inn, the history of it. But it's gone, the remodel is refreshing. The salad bar is still the best around, they still have many unique, options on the buffet, they've still got the cookie pizza. Service is top notch, polite and friendly. It's worth going in to see it, since the remodel if you have not. 1/27/24 6:40PM went to eat with my fiancé and mom. Service was good at first but then went down hill like a flash of lightning. The cooks weren’t doing their job. A family had to wait over an hour just for 1 pizza they ordered. Half the staff was fussing at each other back n forth, got the whole restaurant’s attention. we only got 1 refill when our waiter had to switch rolls with someone else cause they weren’t doing their job. Pizza was nasty, lettuce and spinach for salad was wilted and should’ve already been on its death bed. Sweet tea was straight up sugar water, ranch tasted like bad mayo, there was mold in the Parmesan cheese shaker. Smelled like vomit in the restaurant, and the tattoo machine took my quarter. It was so much better when I was younger. If I could give it no stars I would, this was a waste of $20, not coming back. Was doing a carry out order anyway, but I don't understand why their eat in dining room is still closed. Great service, fast turnaround, and the pizza was perfect. The boneless wings were very good as well. There's a ton of pizza places out there nowadays, but Pizza Hut still the best. This place is going down hill with the lack of customer service. The girls working the counter are never friendly and my order has gotten worse and worse. Dessert pizza was pitiful and garlic knots were suppose to have garlic butter sauce but instead had marinara. My salad was suppose to be a medium chef salad... ended up being a small garden salad. No point in going back to fix it because the teenage staff and management could care less. Will probably be the last time we order from here.

We had excellent service and the pizza was just the way we like it, full of toppings, with thin and crispy crust. The veggie were fresh and lettuce was crispy. Love to eat at Pizza Inn!! Poor service. We got in there got sited didn't get waited on until 20 mins. Then we had to get someone else to get our drinks. Then we went to get our food my husband wanted to put in an order didn't get waited on for that until 30 mins. Then the lady finally came at 30 mins then my husband didn't want it. Waited to long. She cussed him out then snached the food from him . We will not go there again He didn't get to eat at all. Also the min Manger is.never there and when he is is is also rude to.. This place has really gone downhill. From the lack of food on the buffet, the overall dirty conditions of the restaurant to our waiter's lack of attention, I have no desire to visit again in the near future.
