Environment and atmosphere very nice, though I was not happy with the pizza🍕,a lotta improvement still required. Funny thing is upon ordering had specified that they make a thin base on the pizza.however the pizza base was very very thick contrary to order request, and to add on to that it was too oily like a fat cook. Lemme try attaching images, so see the oily fingers. But on a positive note thumbs up to the manager who took our complaint well and offered a complimentary pizza 🍕 following day. But I'd suggest improvement with that regard. You can do it Pizza Hut
Great service however, 2 weeks ago the pizza was perfect however. This week the pizza was way too oily, barely any cheese, barely any toppings. And abit dry.

I'm not sure if the Pizza I got yesterday is the new normal or it was a once of thing. It was dry, very few toppings, tasted mostly of store bought chutney. Possibly the worst pizza I've ever tasted.....Their service recovery is Excellent got a call from customers services and they rectified the issues I had yesterday.
So far so good. The seating area is limited. So it is more convenient for Take aways than it is for a proper sit in. Pizzas take 15 minutes, there's rarely a delay.
Haaa was dissapointed by the size of their small pizza..it was the size of my palm..at least they should have warned me in advance that their small size is a tiny 4 slice pizza..dissapointed indeed

Pizza Hut is home to the best pizzas in Bulawayo. Service is generally fast and pizza is out of the oven within 15 minutes of your order. One has the option of either a thick or a thin base (except for the mini pizzas which come with a thick base only) and the pizzas are very rich in toppings. Price range is also very affordable and one can add extra toppings of choice at an extra cost of US$1 each. To avoid the wait, simply pre-order then pick up upon arrival. Unless you are very busy, you will I strongly discourage the delivery service as the pizza will have been reheated and will be quite cold by the time you receive it. Should you crave for it, pick it up yourself in Bradfield. Overall, really great pizza and consistency in topping flavours and preparation of the pizzas. Also, ensure to catch their Tuesday specials where you get 2 pizzas for the price of one.
This Is the worst pizza place in Bulawayo. I always order my pizzas with a TRADITIONAL BASE. Time after time the workers choose to ignore the way I ordered my pizza. They give me a thick base instead. ALL THE TIME!! Now I have to wait for them to remake my pizza the way I originally ordered it.This is such a waste of time! WHY OFFER A TRADITIONAL BASE OPTION IF YOU ARE NOT GOING TO HONOUR IT IN THE FIRST PLACE?
The workers seem more interested in playing their house music and dancing than getting the order correctly. Waiting 2x longer than people that came after you is not fun! What a lousy establishment. How do you even pick your employees?
