The customer service was very good BUT This Pizza Hut location one of the worst location ever. I’ve order three pizzas BBQ chicken… veg with pepperoni and see food pizza They’re super cheap on the toppings They use more fat than mozzarella cheese Usually most the pizza places they mix between fat and mozzarella half half or 3/44—1/4 Over all these Pizza Hut doesn’t deserve the visit and they’re prices are very high for what you are getting

The food was okay, i love the cheesy crust which is why i will keep going back to pizza hut. But i will not be going back to this pizza hut in particular. The service was horrible and the manager was worse. The servers don't even bother greeting you. After 15 minutes of them ignoring you they toss the menu then leave without even making eye contact. You have to flag a server down, which is incredibly difficult because they’re too busy chatting around the counter. Once i let the manager know we have been waiting for 15 minutes for someone to come to us, he gave me attitude and was overall incredibly rude. They need a whole new staff but the problem stems from the manager. Another issue we had was the drinks. They had bottled soda but refused to serve it to us and insisted on serving us half water-half powder soft drinks. I have seen how soft drinks are made and it is incredibly disgusting. Also the salad bar needs sanitizing more often. The seats need to be changed, the leather is practically gone. The food was absolutely delicious, this is the best pizza margarita I’ve had in M’diq so far. The red marinara sauce was the best. It was close to actual pizza from Italy because they also have the thin crust option. But the reason I’m giving 3 stars is because of the atmosphere. The seats need to be replaced because they are worn out, they may have not been replaced ever since the opening of Pizza hut which was more than 10 years ago. The smell is also absolutely horrendous. It smells like rotten meat/yoghurt inside. I almost couldn’t taste what I was eating. Also the salad bar looks unhygienic to me. The quality-price ratio isn’t right, as the prices are the same as in Europe, but the atmospheric quality is far from European standards. The employees were really thoughtful and friendly though, and the manager as well. We ordered 2 large pizzas, one was a Mozzarella pizza with thick crust, and the other was a sea food pizza with a thin crust. The thin crust one was great, and very tasty, but their pan(thick) crust wasn't good at all, very fluffy and greasy. If you've not tried their pan crust before, or if you don't really like thick crusts then I don't really recommend it for you as there's a chance that you might not like it. I've also tried their salad, and it was very tasty.

great atmosphere, good service, I love their salads. Yet, you have to wait for a long time until you get your pizza. Also, I don't like the fact that when you order a drink you don't get a can or a bottle. Don't bother yourself to order from here if you're not willing to pay 100 dh minimum.
