GO TO DOMINOS **** 11/18/2023 6:30 ish pm. I Only went there because my grandkids were in town and they love Pizza Hut in Virginia. As soon as I pulled up I almost canceled my order. Five employees standing outside, smoking cursing laughing. All I see is a dirty establishment, and braids, no hair nets. I stop counting how many times the cook touched his dreadlocks and wiped his nose. The five employees came inside. No one wash their hands. The manager’s husband was there. He look like he worked on cars because his nails, hands and clothes were dirty like a mechanic. He was walking through the kitchen, asking for a fork like he was at home. The only person that I saw in the store that seem to be working and doing a good job was the dishwasher. Everyone else needs to go back to training.. I know the job doesn’t pay very well but when people spend $80 on dinner, they expect more. The little girl at the front counter refused to get the manager refused to give me the 800 number to call back and then refused her name. She basically told me to get out and We don’t care what you think as she argued with me out the door. Very unprofessional, disrespectful and nasty. Oh and let’s not forget, the order was completely wrong. We ordered a supreme look at the picture below. Just garbage. If I were the owner I would fire the manager and the front counter girl, and retrain everyone else. They will never get another dollar from me. Trashy Pizza Hut Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

New Ownership and employees. Pick up estimates are usually 20 minutes past what they are set. Item will say ready to pick up and still not ready. Apathetic employees. Ordered a pizza from this one twice the first time wasn't too bad so I overlooked it but this second time I ordered basically same thing and I got someone else's order I called just to let them know and they tried to make it like it was my fault and the "manager" lied and said I didn't even have a order. The young lady at the counter could have possibly done her job correctly if she wasn't on FaceTime it sucks this is only one close to my house. Ok so let me get this right we order almost 100 dollars worth of food all for me my husband and kids to end up sick off it !!! This is definitely unacceptable and maybe I should have read the reviews before ordering from here because obviously the pizzas were half cooked the wings had no sauce on them my breadsticks had everything falling off them I understand some things are cheap and you get what you paid for but at Pizza Hut come on that’s suppose to be one of the best pizza places and they really do have the best pizza but at this location they need to do better just a mess the employees were really nice but again the guy making pizzas had on no gloves that should have thrown me a red flag from the start all my kids were throwing up all night even had to take them to the er just to make sure they didn’t have food poisoning get it together Pizza Hut get it together somebody please save this location before it’s next to shut down Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $50–100 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Do not order from this location! The pizza tastes left over even though it was just delivered. Somehow they didn't cook the veggies but overcooked the meat toppings to the point of them being rubbery. The texture of the dough is thin but undercooked. Dominos and Papa Johns just gained more business from me during football season.
