I prefer Pizza Hut over all other chains. The pizza is always freaking delicious and the Willow Street location is no exception. Put an online order in for 2 pizzas and cheese sticks. Basic order. Confirmation said 15 minute pick up time. I get there in 20 and staff “missed one of the pizzas” offered no apology or any empathy for waiting an additional 20 minutes. Poor customer service. Meal type Lunch Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
