I placed my order on the app. I drove to the store while my daughter was watching the app that was counting down the time until my order was finished. I got to the store and the app told me my order would be ready in one minute to call the store and let them know I was here. When I did that, the lady informed me my whole order had been canceled. I had to re-order all my items and stand in the store and wait on everything to be cooked. I didn’t get a discount or any apology. All I got was them telling me it was not their problem. Fresh and hot. Made right on time 😄. This place never disappoints me. Great Pizza. Great place at night as we always order. First time today ordered during the day it was an epic fail. This place is always fantastic. Sadly not the same feel as back in the 90's, but the lighting is pretty cool. The service is always great, the food fast and fresh, the staff are the nicest people you'll ever meet. One of my favorite places to go when me and my friends want to sit down and demolish a pizza. 💚🍕

Pleasantly surprised. Haven't had their pizza in years. Really good pizzas and we loved the box special Ready in 15 minutes and service with a smile

I ordered dinner from Pizza Hut on 36th St in Parkersburg, WV this evening and it was very delicious as usual. I wish I could get pizza there more often because I am never disappointed when I get their food. My order is always accurate and hot when I get it home and the staff is always friendly. It is always prepared quickly, and I never have to worry about waiting a long time to get it either. Pizza Hut rocks!
