We pulled up to the drive through and ordered a personal pan pizza, the guy at the window was friendly and told us that it would be about 15 minutes. We went and got gas at the nearest gas station then came back through the drive through line. Once there we told them that we had an order and they got it quickly and had us out of there in no time. We ordered pizza and my wife picked it up on the way home. She gets home and we are missing part of our order so she goes back and was told that they were out of the garlic stuff for the garlic cheesesticks....my question is why if they are out of something why did they not notify us that they were out of the item. They had no issue with leaving the item off the order but still charging us. Maybe "we were out of it" was just a covering for we forgot it...... The garlic cheesesticks are $7 for 10 half breadsticks with cheese and garlic....The fix 5 regular breadsticks (10 regular breadsticks cost $7) and a 2 liter......we didn't even get an order of cheesesticks... Honestly, I've PICKED UP and gotten DELIVERED as well from this Pizza Hutt, it's the closest to my house and they are super sweet!!!, very attentive. No attitudes at all. I am curious if the DELIVERY FEES go towards the drivers? I feel so bad when my order comes out twice the amount of my pizza for example a Large is 11$ if I pick up but 23$ when it's delivered. I give the driver 25$ and ask for no change. I feel so bad sometimes if that 2$ is only for the driver but times are not what they used to be when UBEREATS didn't exist and all delivered was pizza and you could tip 5$ and up. Those were the good days but I wanted to leave a good review. My driver came right up to my door tonight and delivered with a smile. Thank you so much, Ashley. I haven’t had any issues at this location for a while but the pizza I got today wasn’t that great and a little too done! Could use a little more cheese Pizza Hut.

Ordered 2 pizzas for delivery. Waited and waited. Called and found out the Dasher had a flat. Waited again. Pizzas were finally delivered over 2 hours later than originally promised. Pizza Hut person on the phone said the Pizzas would be free. I was charged for them the next day. Horrible experience.

They switched up our toppings. When I called the guy kept calling me a liar. Then started telling me to stop raising my voice lol your calling a customer a liar over a pizza you messed up! He then hung up on me. I'd avoid this location. When husband was picking up, the front desk lady didn't know what she was doing and it was chaotic cause they were understaffed. I get under staffed during this time, but they were not friendly at all or owning up to their mistakes!

Pizza never delivered. Staff incredibly rude and unprofessional. First call the guy that answered the phone said “the manager will handle it” then hung up on my wife. Wings were completely raw. I was told the wings come precooked, so there's no way the wings could be raw, and that no one was available to give a refund, so only store credit could be issued.
