We placed an order and it’s now over a hour late past the original delivery time. We placed the order online using the Pizza Hut website. After checking the website it was still “being prepared”. So, I decided to call the restaurant and ask how much longer it might be. A male answered the phone, without giving his name, then proceeded to inform me that they didn’t have an online order for us. I assured him that we did have an order and his response was, “Can you call back later? We’re really swamped.” This is the second or third time that we’ve had an issue with this location. It will be the last time. I absolutely refuse to give any more of my hard earned money to this establishment. Update: the pizza arrived about thirty minutes after placing the phone call. Need to have bdtter manager that is why you loose employes they dont need ba atitudes and work along with them including the one you just put in darlington store this the darlington south carolina store and the food ls good.
