This Pizza Hut used to be really good, consistent and had great customer service. Over the last several months it's gone to the dogs. The manager is extremely rude for no reason and seems like it's her personal mission to be Petty Betty. Our first pizza was burnt and the crust was so hard it was like dried wood, was also missing the extra cheese I paid for. Called and politely asked for a remake, manager got very rude and defensive but issued the remake and had me send the original pie back, no problem. Got the remake and still burnt and was cut like they let my toddlers loose in the back with the pizza cutter. Petty and unprofessional to the max.

Ordered a pepperoni and sausage hand tossed with Breadsticks. The sauce was like pure tomato paste and bland. Was kind of disgusting. While I'm the store I asked for a few crushed red peppers packets which they told me I would have to buy them. Which shocked me. I've never been in a pizza place that didn't just hand you some. Service would good food came out on time. Etc. But food was gross. Deffintly wouldn't recommend. The store reminded me of a early 80s pizza hut. Sadly, the place has gone down. Way down. We order from this place regularly and in the past few months have begun to think that maybe there are quite a few there that don't like their job... it shows in the product. Do not... DO NOT order after 9:30, the quality is only worse and the point they were trying to make, came across clearly. So much so, that I'm actually writing a review. In the past, they have always been good to us; we're basically a local business too, and are all about supporting local businesses. Sadly, today was a doozy. If you order here, check your order before you leave. We never really had to until recently. Also if you order here, be warned that orders are beginning to get backed up to as much as a 2 hour wait some day's. We love Pizza Hut and have always been so thankful that we have them, it's just a pity that it's changed so much. I included a couple pictures of the 8 count wings we ordered and what happens when you order after 9:30. I've been reluctant to try the new Italian place here, they make pizza too, but we've always been Pizza Hutters... guess change is inevitable, wanted or not.

I give this 5 stars not on a worldly traveler scale, but on the hungry stormchaser who was wary he'd find a clean eatery in a small town scale. Skepticism quelled. For a Pizza Hut the food quality was above average, the restaurant was immaculately spotless, and the lady at the register who also brought out the food couldn't have been any nicer. What more could one expect?

Ordered a BBQ pizza with Italian sausage and stuffed crust for carryout. My husband picked it up. Upon him coming home we realized there was no cheese on our pizza. I called the store to rectify the situation and Marcy answered. She claims to have made the pizza herself and that there was cheese on it. The only cheese on the crust was oozing from the stuffed part. She then hung up on me. Called back and this time my husband spoke with Marcy about how rudely I'd been treated. She lied and said I hung up on her, gets rude with my husband, and hangs up on him as well. We took the pizza back for a refund and Marcy, to our faces, lied again and said I told her "Whatever" to her response about making the pizza herself and that I hung up. Keep in mind this woman is supposedly the general manager. My husband asked for a refund, which was issued, and when he asked for the regional number was told there was none. A quick Google search proved that to be another lie. I will be filing a complaint via the website. Do better, Tulia Pizza Hut.

I'm new to this town and have tried a few places for dinner. I think this is my 3rd time with pizza hut. Every time has been over the top. Hot fresh food TERRIFIC customer service and I can usually find a price that makes me feel like I'm winning. Thanks! See yall soon

Twice I have placed orders there within a week of each other for delivery using the App and both times they failed to contact me telling me delivery was not available so after waiting 30 mins plus for my food I finally called them only to be told we're sorry nobody called you. So today I called them to ask if they were doing delivery before ordering and was told no due to not having a driver. I understand not having a driver but I don't understand why they don't go into the order system for the day and turn off deliveries. I know it can be done because I used to work for a pizza hut. It's frustrating when the employees don't call to let you know and even more frustrating if you think delivery is available when placing your order online.
