Cold pizza, forgot drink, wrong toppings, skimpy portions, can't get ahold of store to rectify this. no one answers the phone!!!!😤 Boooooooooo . .. i had to drive down to the store to get my soda. They're out of parm 🤔 so a very nice young lady gave me a $10 refund on a $47 bill 🤨 and i'm still on hold !!
Update: After 35 minutes on hold, i explained briefly to the store manager, who just said ok, please hold. After a few minutes more, i was routed to a corporate rep who had already refunded me... to my pizza hut account 🙄, but whatever. It's not like I won't be having pizza hut again. And btw if you got cold pizza, it's pretty easy to get it free, so i added 🌟🌟 for that.
