Powell, WY location. Restaurant was very dirty. Looked like it hadn’t been swept or mopped in a long while, salt/pepper shakers etc and holder were filthy, bathroom was disgusting! Pizza was good and our waitress was ok. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2

The service was not great. The phone rang several times and they would not answer. Lots of dirty tables and an untidy fountain area. We waited in the restaurant for 40 minutes for our carry out order and I finally had to go ask them for it. It was sitting in their heating area and nobody had let us know that it was ready to be picked up even though they knew we were waiting in the restaurant just a few tables away from the register and could see us.

The food is great i haven't had many oops more than 90% of the time my delivery's are on time or early and exactly what i ordered.

I went there with my two kids. We were going to dine in. After about 10 minutes of them not coming to serve us I went to the front to order there. The cashier told me that I should go to my table and they will send a server. She then proceeded to place an order for a walk-in customer. Another 10 minutes went by and the server kept taking orders for everybody walking in. So we sat there for almost 20 minutes nobody starving us and getting farther and farther behind in the line. If you don't have enough service to let people order at the table then you should not send them away when they try to order at the front

I have a halo on my leg and using a walker the delivery driver said they aren’t Asian allowed to come in my house and set the pizza on my kitchen table when I’m handicap and am unable to carry anything. The delivery driver from last week was more then willing to do this for me. The pizza was also cold!! Not happy with this store at all!

Hadn't had Pizza Hut in years and it was surprisingly good despite this local restaurant being in understaffed chaos... there were two people in the kitchen and one server/everything else... she was running a bit ragged, forgetful and aloof but was pleasant. Most tables needed wiped down/were dirty and overall the restaurant was a bit dingy. They were out of personal pan pizzas and ran out of mediums during our order so I got large for medium price. Appreciated that!! The workers who showed up were seemingly doing the best they could whilst lacking resources. The new menus at this pizza hut location have no prices for anything at all listed. Very odd.

How come I can order a 3 topping pizza for $9.99 online but when I call the store instead for delivery it is $10.99? Came back to give 4 stars. I order from this store about twice a month because I get a little lazy and always order 3 or more pizzas when I do and usually they are excellent. My only two issues are the last time I ordered a pizza with buffalo sauce, the sauce was in a cup on the side instead of on the pizza as usual. I made a comment about that in the survey and got NO response at all. There was NO sauce whatsoever on the pizza making it dry. So I have been hesitant to order pizza with buffalo sauce since even though I love it when I order a pizza with chicken on it. Secondly, no matter that I ALWAYS pick contactless delivery, the delivery person is AT my door to hand me the pizza. That isn't what contactless means. EDIT: Mar 20, 2021 Why did my pizza arrive like this? The boxes were clearly NOT carried flat. Still edible but come on. Not enough to take a star off and this time it was actually contactless.

It was a slow time of day for them but everyone was doing their job and the pizza was excellent. The remodel is amazing! It gives the impression of being fresh and up to date. Good work.
