The 3 stars is because they don't accept coupons or any "deals" on the Pizza Hut website. Other than that.....As with many Pizza Huts now, there is minimal seating and is basically carry out. The pizza is Pizza Hut pizza. Not much I can say to that. It's consistent quality with other Pizza Huts. We order 3-4 times per year and will continue to patronize them. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 2
