No one wants to be a complainer but it’s like you’re almost forced to with some businesses like this one. I returned to redeem a credit from an old order that arrived cold and an hour after estimated delivery and with no ranch (btw ranch is paid for separately if you get wings at this place). I picked up my order today and the wings are all burnt and rubbery. They were hot wings no reason they should look like bbq burnt wings. At this point y’all can just keep the additional credit I have. It’s not worth the disappointment of this place.

Disgusting pizza. I ordered online through grubhub and none of my food was sealed. I ordered large pizza, chicken alfredo and cheese sticks. All boxes unsealed. Pizza was cold and I did not receive the 5 bread sticks that come with the pasta. Just terrible service. I asked for a refund through the app for the pizza only but I should have asked for a refund for all of it. I will not buy from here again because this is not the first incident. 😤

11/09 UPDATE: Spoke with manager. Was kind and was provided a refund.
JUST BOUGHT A PIZZA FROM THIS LOCATION AND MY TODDLER AND I HAVE VOMITED. NOT SURE WHAT WAS ON THE PIZZA THAT MADE US EXTREMELY SICK.

I ordered right before leaving work and everything was ready and right when I picked up. The staff was friendly and helpful, We decided to eat at the location and they gave us forks and napkins and a clean table, we used our own reusable water bottles. The place is well maintained and the food was delicious.

Ordered a custom pizza and mild buffalo wings bone in. The wings were overcooked, and literally just sat in the sauce. You'd think when spending $40 that they'd prepare the food properly. I used to work for pizza hut years ago and their good service has declined. I now remember why I stopped eating fast food. My delivery driver was awesome though.

I ordered a 3 topping pepperoni pizza and received a 1 topping. I showed the employee the pizza and she argued it was at least a 2 topping. I was like but it's not a 3 topping. She said that's as much pepperoni we put on a pizza, but I paid for a 3 topping. She said is that I and closed the window. Never buying from here again. Marco's pizza it is from here on out.

I ordered a big pizza box and added on both pizza's extra suase for the second time they failed to make it right and it took an extra 45 minutes to get my order....and when the order showed up it was very hot , mine you I live a 1/2 from the place of business but a half an hour from my purchase my pizza was on it's way!!!!!!!:so if the pizza is a 1/2 mile down the road why does it take an 1 and 45 minutes to get it.. I ordered it at 747 and it said 813 delivery. Why should it take till 905 to get a hot pizza...

Pizza is awesome, have 3 options in veggies pizza too. But service is really slow. As especially if you are planning to dine in, make sure you have ample time to spare
