I've been craving for Pizza Hut stuffed crust pizza so I went and ordered. The process online took a while because the website was laggy. Once I placed my order, it didn't take long as estimated to get it delivered. I did cash payment and it was a quick process.
I got everything in my order right. (The reason im giving 2 stars) When I opened the pizza box to examine the product, it looked a little weird. My speculation was right because as soon as I picked up a slice, all the toppings fell off. Only the bottom part of the pizza was intact. It looked as if the bread was undercooked. I couldn't enjoy the pizza at all. The toppings were okay and the cheese in the crust were edible but only slightly.

Bait and switch. I ordered 2 large substituted for 4 medium. Claimed this is equal. More crust less toppings, and if you do the math two medium do not equal one large. 12 diam vs 18 diam. And all the toppings are in the middle of the pie. Nothing on their website alerts your to their switch.

Listen, I walk in, big guy is on his cell phone; he doesn’t greet me, just hands me my pizza. Never once did he take the phone from his ear because a customer just happens to walk in the door.
Now, usually, I would check my pizza, but this time, I was in a rush and didn’t check until I got to work.
Open the box of CHEESE pizza and the pizza is BURNT! I’m at work. It’s like I can leave to go back and get it made right. Tried calling. No answer. Called as I’m getting off work and the manager says he can’t remake the pizza because it’s been too long since I picked up the pizza. Sir, it’s the same day. I haven’t even touched the pizza. And you're telling me you can’t remake a cheese pizza??? He told me the pizza is always going to be burnt when you add extra sauce. Sir, do you know how dumb you sound making that silly comment? It burns when you aren't paying attention to it... maybe because you were on your phone and not working. I will never order here again. Whoever the owner is need to fire the staff and get new people in there who will take customer service more seriously!
After reading some of the reviews, it seems like the "owner" says the same thing to each complaint, "Thanks for reaching out to us. We hate to hear this. This isn't the experience we want for you. This is disappointing to hear. Thanks for bringing this to our attention. We appreciate the feedback and hope to see you again soon." Instead of, "We hate to hear this. This isn't the experience we want for you. This is disappointing to hear," FIX THE ISSUE and then MAYBE, JUST MAYBE you'll see some of these people back again. If you aren't trying to correct the problem, AND your staff then don't respond to my review because you will NEVER see me again!

Love Pizza Hut so much but this location SUCKS they give the brand a bad name. I genuinely believe Pizza Hut is the best pizza they usually never miss but this location KNOWINGLY gave me burnt food, I walked in the manager rudely greeted me the shoved me order to me rudely telling me to check my order while stacking everything on top of each other every time I tried to open something. As I tried to open one item he goes, oh you don’t need to bother opening that. I told him oh now this isn’t a delivery this is my food. The way he was rushing me and talking me I just packed up the food to leave as quickly as I could, I thought the Interaction was odd. Only to get home and realize why he was probably acting so strange is because he knew that food was burnt. I had a pizza and breadsticks both two burnt to eat. I of course, called them. At that point I called to inform them of it. Of course he answered. Still being rude and told me the only way I can get a refund is if I come and return the food That’s far too inconvenient I have a newborn I don’t want to bring the food back. I called corporate. They handled it in less than 15 minutes. I won’t shop with this location ever again I don’t suggest anyone else to!

This guy right here is straight unprofessional he straight up robbed me out of 40$ and trying to make me look stupid don’t trust this guy with your credit card information worst of all I think he is the manager will be reporting to HR, after reading the reviews looks like he is always up to something sketchy just beware with this guy for sure
Horrible pizza. Don't waste your time and money there. Even dominoes better no toppings hardly at all. Best advice go to Spankys or Papa Johns. Under cooked probably 7 mushrooms 10 pepperoni and sprinkle of sausage on a Supreme. Pan was hand tossed . Undercooked as well cheese barely melted. Still white

Never again will I order from this Pizza Hut. Half the order was delivered and 15 minutes later the other half. I called to speak with the manager and he just held the phone. Good Job of doing nothing GARY. I will be calling corporate first thing in the morning!!!

Carry out. Service at counter was ok this time. Normally they come to greet you when they are good and ready. No peppers or cheese packets bc they ran out, how do you run out!! Wish the quality was consistent so i go back every time. Today was pepperoni -jalapeño thin crust. Not super delicious but just decent and hit the spot. Sorry Tony's, i cheated on you!!
If I could give them 0 stars I would. This location is horrible!!!!! I ordered a pizza on line and was over 1 hr late called location (scarsdale blvd) s/ w manager Herman and boy was he something else instead of trying to resolve my late pizza issues he was smacking his lips saying oh well its out NOW for delivery and it will get there eventually!!!!!! Was over talking me and repeatedly asked me if I wanted to cancel my order. He started to cuss me out! Said he canceled my order and hung up on me!!!!
We used to order from this location 2-3x a month, but it’d been a while since we discovered Dan’s Pizza just up the road. BUT we decided to give it another chance. Ordered online, and the delivery time (after placing order) showed “106 minutes”. In all fairness.c it was Friday evening around 545p.
I called to change to pickup vs delivery. Each call gets transferred to an answering service that transfer BACK to the store- I was hung up on. I called a 2nd time—- the answering service put me on hold…hung up on. This happened a 3rd time, again, just calling to change to pickup vs delivery. The 4th call—- I selected “place a new order” on the automated menu—-the customer service rep answered and I requested cancellation at this point.
NEVER AGAIN- we are done with you, Pizza Hut. Your advertising punchline is “nobody outpizza’s the Hut”….NEWSFLASH, guys, there are PLENTY of places that are “outpizza’ing” the he11 out of you.
