Best delivery service for a pizza place guys are always on time and very friendly. Went in on a very busy day could see the staff was frustrated but they were all still friendly to the customers. These folks deserve some good tips.

I preordered a pizza and drinks at 10am and asked for it to be delivered at 11:15am and they can’t get it to me until 12:05pm and my food will be sitting there for an 1 hour and a half. Normally the food is good and service is regularly good but this is absurd. My food will be cold before it even leaves the store. F.Y.I I would go get the food myself but I can’t leave work.

Just left Pizza Hut in Newport Maine I ordered breadsticks they were terrible in all dried out hardly any cheese I asked a waitress about it she said the management said do not put any more cheese on it and that right there that you got. If a customer wants more they have to pay an extra dollar she said so many people complain about it they are driving themselves right out of business

We ordered takeout and it was super easy. Ordered online and picked it up at the drive thru window in the back. Friendly service and the pizza was great.

We ordered 4x and they still messed up our order. I called an hour after and they didn't have my order and on top of that no delivery drivers after they said they did. Very unorganized!!!!
Update: I was on hold and picked up to Caroline. She gave me a discount and made everything right. Thank you 😊

Tonight my girlfriend and I ordered a big dinner box "2 pizzas, Bread sticks & pasta" after waiting the 35 minute pick up time they gave her she had to wait another 15 minutes to be given the wrong food (3 pasta's) after correcting their mistake she had to wait another 2 hours!!! Atleast 20 people were stuck waiting folks kept just canceling order after order cause it wasn't worth it...... just got home and then didn't give us the marinara sauce we paid for 🙃
