The food and service were okay. The problem happened with the bill. My husband had asked for a second beer which was never received. When he asked for the charge to be removed, the poor cashier had to ask a manager who stated loudly enough for us to hear, "They're just trying to get something for free" CHECK THE TABLE! It's not as if you bus them immediately! Service Dine in

The workers their when order for delivery can't take the time to write address for door dash wow after saying I'll write down on receipt for delivery so the address correctly for the driver's so food shows up cold wow Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

My first time having Pizza Hut pizza. I had the New Yorker, which is just pepperoni. It was so good. I also had the salad bar which is all you can eat for $6.95. It wasn't busy and service was great. Will definitely go again. Only giving 4 stars due to the floor being a bit dirty.

I was very disappointed with the service I received. I tried to call I total of three times to order Food. First time I was put on hold for 6 minutes with no one getting back to me then 2 more times I was able reach people but both times I was hung up on after I had talked with them saying they're gonna put me through to the local farminton pizza hut. Now why do you need a third party to be sent to your local pizza hutwhy can't it go directly to the local store exclamation?! My family and I have eaten here from many years but I have to say this has left a sour taste in my mouth. This isn't the first time its happened, but it certainly gonna be the last. You guys really need to get your stuff In order and take care of your customers.

Our waiter was super nice which was a plus because we wanted to eat inside I used to love going in years ago and like that they mostly look the same inside the Red lighting video games salad bar pitchers of beer stuffed crust ECT.the salad bar was good 👍 the pizza was ok we ordered a Hawaiian stuffed crust it lacked flavor and toppings ,these O'BidenNomics have hit us every level even down to enjoying a good meal at a restaurant they have to cut back and cut corners on favorites to stay afloat,which is sad for people who only get to go out to eat on special occasions. But their carryout deals are awesome and definitely worth it but I don't think carryout customers should receive better deals than sit down customers though ,it's basically trying forcing people to order online and Internet in order to cut jobs .

Came here cause we were hungry and you know what to expect in terms of the quality of food. Well today was not what I was expecting. We came in and they were dead, should have paid attention. We waited for about 5 minutes until the girl went to seat us. She brought us to a table that was not clean or even wiped off. There was food all over the seats, table, and the floor had more salad on it than the salad bar. When she came back to ask us why we were not sitting there we told her because it was not clean and wanted to sit in a different booth that was clean. She got a little attitude about it but sat us at a clean booth. Another 5-10m go by and we finally placed our order at this time it was just us in the restaurant. We waited for about 10-15m for our food and it came out to us. I was eager to eat my Buffalo chicken stuffed crust pizza but I was not thrilled upon sight. The dough was under cooked and there was no Buffalo sauce at all. I ate it anyways because I was not about to say something after the seating incident. I thought Puzza Hut was a safe bet but this one surely was a let down. I enjoyed my days working at pizza Hut when I was younger. Now it is not at all what it was, the customer service was lacking if you even call it service, and the food was a disgrace to my memories. Don't think I personally will be visiting this Pizza Hut in Farmington Maine again, at least until there are people there that care about their job vs just being there for a paycheck.

WOW!! This place is literally falling apart, where is corporate?? Waited 20 minutes just to get seated. One server working at lunchtime and 8 tables with guest waiting for drinks and to place order. Meanwhile manager is cleaning tables and hiding out back while one server is loosing her mind.. RIDICULOUS!! THIS MANAGER NEEDS TO STEP IN AND HELP THIS POOR GIRL.. Get More help SERIOUSLY!!!! VERY VERY POOR MANAGEMENT!!

The pizza is usually spot on and ready by the time I arrive. Pizza Hut asks if the employees make me feel special...🤣 no, usually they make me feel like I'm interrupting them. But the Pizza is tasty, and fast...and the app is the best. Use the app for easy Pizza orders and a lists of all current deals. Great specials regularly. Update...they served me and my family rotten sauce and made us ill. They emailed apologies and a claim of a credit that didn't happen. Filthy inside. Rude workers. I'm going back to homemade pizza after the disgusting illness from this filth hole. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
