Ordered a large Supreme pizza well done because most pizza from here comes half-cooked or doughy. The order was placed online & delivered timely. Immediately upon lifting the box top, there was a sour, rancid smell. The mushrooms were VERY overpowering! I thought maybe the smell was just my sensitive nose & stomach. I bit into one slice & it tasted spoiled. I spit it out & began to vomit! My spouse ate two pieces & he later became sick.
It was too late to complain because they had closed. We called back the next morning & I spoke with someone who identified as a manager/district manager. They acted like I was lying or trying to get over. They told me they would send someone to "PICK UP OUR PIZZA"! Can you believe they sent a driver to come get the pizza!
I was told I'd get my money back, but that didn't occur. I had to dispute it with my bank. I will NEVER eat here again. I encourage you to USE CAUTION!!!

This Pizza Hut Sucks!!! Their online wasn't working. Called them and made them aware of it. Ordered a pizza and wasn't granted the online price. Didn't notice until I left from picking pizza up. Employee said I can come back and get the difference. When I arrived I wasn't given my money. Was told I can get some bread sticks instead. Asked the mgr why would I want some breadsticks when my pizza dough was raw! She told me I needed to ask for it well done... Why didn't you cook it to begin with?? Will NEVER visit this Pizza Hut EVER again! That's why y'all barely have customers.

They go through grubhub and they can never find my house even though I put instructions how to go through the community. I didn't get my food two different occasions. I had to call the store multiple time to get a refund. And the manager said she wasn't answering cause she was trying to get a refund from grubhub. Why wouldn't you talk to your customer first then deal with that.
If there was an option to give no stars that is what I would have chosen. First off I would just like to say there is no explanation or excuse that you could provide that will make this acceptable. The order was placed and delivered. After my daughter brought the box in, she noticed the seal was broken and it was not one of those "oops, my bad". I am pretty sure that the seals were created to keep the food safe and tamper free and should have NOT been delivered! To make things worse, the order wasn't even correct. Then upon calling the location, all they offered was $10 off my next order. Seriously, we can get over the wrong pizza but the seal being broken that defeats the whole purpose of having them. Especially, with all that is going around, Pizza Hut staff should know better and should have definitely taken better measures to ensure your customers stay safe. I will definitely be reaching out to a health official to find out what more can be done.
Very bad service!!! I called them because I got the wrong soda all they did was transfer me to manager who never picked up my call also very rude on the phone would not recommend this place at all !!!

Deep Dish Meat Lovers Pizza
Our experience this evening in a Las Vegas Pizza Hut located at Las Vegas Boulevard and Pecos was extremely disappointing. For our dine-in meal experience, we ordered a pepperoni pizza, bread sticks and sodas.
Our first setback came when our meal was handed to us in boxes as if it was an order to take home. We informed our order taker that we would like to eat in the dining room and requested plates and napkins. We were quite taken back to learn that the restaurant had absolutely no plates or napkins. Not a one. We insisted we needed something to use to eat our meal and were given a stack of paper towels for the bathroom. We asked again for something to utilize as a plate and were given cardboard boxes.
We started off with this bad taste in our mouths. Unfortunately, when we tried the pizza, that taste grew worse. Our pepperoni pizza was tasteless and under cooked.
Our dining experience was exceptionally disconcerting. We were unsatisfied. We returned 6.5 of our 8 slices of pizza and requested a refund. At this point, our miserable experience proceeded further into the abyss of unacceptable ordeals. We were informed that it is impossible to receive a refund for our cash payment. We were not given a refund and our pizza was thrown into the trash by the acting manager.
I do not have the words to describe my disappointment. Pizza Hut was previously a restaurant that focused on quality and customer service. Those days are long gone. In previous decades, my family and I enjoyed Pizza Hut's fresh salad bar, delicious pizza and amazing bread sticks. The only things palatable tonight were the bread sticks.
The most upsetting aspect of this ordeal is watching a once great American brand deteriorate from poor quality control, inadequate customer service and recognize that the brand has lost it's relevance in today's food market. I miss the Pizza Hut from 25 years ago.

While a touch of nostalgia would be fantastic, I'm still pleased as long as their pizzas continue to be as good as they've always been.
Overall, Pizza Hut impressed me with their excellent delivery service and the willingness to address any concerns. Despite a small oversight, their commitment to customer satisfaction shines through. If you're looking for a reliable and delicious pizza delivery experience, I highly recommend Pizza Hut.
