This is a Pizza Hut to-go place. Very small. The location of this place is a bit sketchy and the place is not that clean. The floor is sticky. The Italian Meats pasta with the garlic bread sticks are quite delicious. Pay an extra dollar to add cheese to the garlic bread sticks. It’s very close to the main Vegas strip so I’ll return for the convenience and the price. It’s only a few minutes’ drive from most hotels and it’s a lot cheaper than getting Pizza Hut at the hotel. Also the portion is generous here. Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

Management is very rude never fails to disappoint the only reason why we order once in a while is because of the stuff crust but something always goes wrong your surprise our pizza came with a big hair! Called Asian lady manager was extremely rude screaming because I told her I wanted a full refund since we send the driver back with our pizza. These were THEE UGLIEST pizzas I’ve Ever gotten from Pizza Hut! My last order was great. I thought I might be able to change hubbys mind. The sauce was put on in a circle shape, while the crust is a square. Too much sauce. And the cheese didn’t even cover the sauce! I ordered the big box. 1 pepperoni 1 pepperoni and mushrooms. With meaty pasta and regular bread sticks. I got 1 pepperoni. 1 mushroom. They put the pepperoni IN the pasta. And cheese on the bread sticks that I’m sure I paid extra for. Sooooo disappointed! Besides all that, I think the operator that took my call was based on the other side of the earth. I almost hung up bc I couldn’t understand Any of his greeting.

This place has amazing customer service and really friendly delivery drivers, but besides all that they make an amazing Pizza; some of the most underrated pizzas in Las Vegas come out of this place. Craving Chicago style deep dish, try a triple pepperoni pizza on a pan crust with extra sauce extra cheese. Craving something different? Try a barbecue pizza with their Smokey BBQ sauce bacon, beef and pork, I even made a Philly with their garlic cream sauce and all their beef toppings. Prices are affordable while still being able to push out restaurant quality pizzas. I've been going to Pizza Hut ever since I was a little kid; I remember playing table top Pac-Man with greasy fingers. I'm not going to lie and say that every Pizza Hut gets it perfect every single time, but every time I've ever had a problem they always go above and beyond to fix it. #pizzahutforlife

Afternoon/evening manager there keeps getting more and more lazy. The moment you walk in it smells like rotting rats and rat feces. An order that was suppose to take 10 minutes took over 45 minutes and he still had the nerve to give attitude. This spot has been declining in service more and more every month. You can tell by the decreasing stars. Quality of the pizzas has also dropped. It's sad to say pizza from 7-11 has better taste than pizza hut now. This spot urgently needs a new manager and a remodel and an INSPECTION!!

I Went to the nearest location at aPiizza Hut located off of Tropicana and Eastern and the manager, Juan, displayed great customer service skills. I will definitely be going back there again! 🙂 I wasn't satisfied with the first pizza I received and I told him right away when I went to go pick it up and he had no problem remaking the pizza the way I exactly wanted it. This man deserves a raise!

Terrible customer service, they messed up our order, I called in and was yelled at by a female staff member and was giving the incorrect order, I ordered pepperoni and cheese and got a cheese pizza!!! The refused to correct their issue on their end!!!!! I will never order from them again and will through the better business bearue!!!

I order my food at 6 o’clock and was told my order would be delivered by 7:05. It is now going on 7:30 and I’m getting frustrated because my food is cold and it took an hour and a half to bring me my food from less than 5 minutes away. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Don't be a sorrow sap and order from the hut. The service sux the food is bad for you and you are being way over charged. Get a sit down or carry out dinner at Denny's or somewhere and you are much better off for the price. I mean the hut wants $10.99 for eight wings which is truly only four you should get the "drum" and the forearm as one wing. Who are they trying to kid? If you were born yesterday, you may think the two parts are two wings. NO, THE TWO PARTS ARE ONE WING. I WASN'T BORN YESTERDAY!
