Ordered a pepperoni lovers with bacon and they left off the pepperoni. Given the name of the pizza this is an embarrassing blunder. I was hesitant to call in a complaint as I had no idea what would happen to the replacement. The second pizza was light on the pepperoni's, improperly cut and undercooked. Based on the smell I'd say it was unfit for human consumption as well. I'd say whoever was working in the kitchen really didn't feel like making pizzas on a friday night. Food: 1

This was the worst pizza ever. It was dry and had very little of the add-ons that I ordered and what really pissed me off was that I called to complain and they put on terminal hold. Nobody wanted to hear my complaint. Never again will I order from Pizza Hut. That is what I will tell everyone I come in contact with. The service was good, product was bad. I ordered take out online so there was no way of miscommunication. Ordered 3 pan pizzas and only received one, tried calling to see how to resolve this. They now operate through a call center, was on hold for 30 minutes, moral of they story I just ate what they gave me. While the food was average- SERVICE SUCKS! Manager included!! He was on his phone texting as were other employees for over 10 minutes while I stood at the front waiting to even be recognized.when he finally did come up front he was super rude. They also had the phone constantly ringing as none of them would get off their phones to answer. Just outright horrible service. Wish I could give them zero stars. Will never go here again. Ordered 2 pizzas, got only one , then when I called back, they just said that they "didn't hear the first time, now there's nothing to do" good for you business, you are going straight to the bankruptcy, this was the last time I order in your place. Couldn't get any worse. My pizza was cold. I live a block away. I have it delivered because I'm in a wheelchair. It also barely had any pepperoni on it even though their website said "double." The pasta was also cold. I bet my order sat there for 20 minutes before delivering it. Plus, I paid extra for ranch for my wings and didn't get any. This place is beyond awful.

I don’t know if you respond to your reviews. However, your new GM or Manager, the female. What a wonderful choice… I have eaten at your location 3 times and switched due to Papa John’s burning me on an order. She took my order and noticed it had been a moment since coming in and actually wanted to know about the gap, anything we can improve on and wanted to get to know her regulars at the location. I worked in recruitment for hotels for 6.6 years under MGMRI 4 years ago but this would be the ideal candidate I would look for when recruiting people. A+ for customer service and friendliness. Will be back and impressed.
