Will never order again. We ordered $100 worth of food every pizza was raw and gooey to the point I had to turn our oven on and bake for 25/30 minutes. If I wanted raw pizza to cook I would have ordered papa murphys. The dough was so thin it fell apart and was a sloppy mess we ordered their reg crust. Cheese wasn't even melted, pizza was cold. I also ordered one of their flip pizza pockets and that was so over cooked the crust was almost black.

The service was fine. We had two pizza's to go and when we got home the pizza crust was very hard, almost like the pizza dough had been sitting there too long. When you chew the crust it got dry in your mouth. We do order once a month and have never had a problem like that.

I am a little puzzled since I have never experienced such a service. My husband went to get some chicken Alfredo and a small pizza. Provided we were on a tight budget that day, I told him to get only one thing if it was too expensive. However to our suprise...he got free food. My husband called me and said that the guy at the counter said the food was free! Since we are both skeptical, I said ..nothing is free. Are you sure? I tried calling the store to confirm but there was no answer.
Yes! The gentleman at the counter gave us free food at this location. The food was freshly made and it was with a great service.
To the service person: God bless your soul for your good deed. However, if you do not own this franchise and gave free food...I hope you find a great job soon. Again, thank you for your kindness.

My name Is Joy Augst. We ordered this evening a large stuff crust pepperoni pizza and bread sticks. I am very disappointed to your service!! The bread stick wasn't slice at all. That is the first time you didnt slice it ? And why??because it was take out the girl told me...when I called 3minutes ago. Your service is very bad on our 32nd Wedding Anniversary. I was not happy about it. If we know that you are so lazy to cut or slice the breadsticks...we should just ordered at Jake's Pizza....this evening liked we always used too! What a bad service.....!! The Pizza Hut company will hear about my complaints!! I hope you go bankrupt and never recover at all!!

This place sucks like can yall not read AT ALL???? Tried to call the number nope no answer. Can’t even cut the breadsticks up. No bags either ???? Had wings dripping on my hand.

Is the pizza hut closed when I try calling no answer can never order so I'm going to call Jake's pizza that answers there phone promptly.... I didn't have to call Jake's finally after making another attempt and writing this review I was able to place a order.... Thanks pizza hut

Absolutely unacceptable. They would not answer the phone first couple try’s. Finally they picked up, but it was so choppy and loud background noise, you simply couldn’t understand a word they said.

Maybe it’s my generation, but I LOVE a classic Pizza Hut with the stained glass light fixtures. Wish I could have dined in, but only stopped (almost by accident) to order takeout and they were very accommodating and kind. A lot of energy in the staff and great senses of humor.

Service was outstanding thank you Anna!! We stopped after work to get a quick bit... Got the salad bar and a pasta with fabulous breadsticks!! Food came out fast and hot.

We stopped there on our trip back from Minneapolis and it was fantastic. The people were great and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Would recommend them to anyone stopping. Great for families (we have 4 kids) and the nostalgic feeling of the hometown Pizza Hut was fantastic.
