Perfectly cooked pizza, salads and daurade can make a good impression on you. Food delivery is a big advantage of this pizzeria. The staff is said to be knowledgeable here. Terrific service is something that guests don't like at Pizza Hut. From the guests' point of view, prices are fair. But google users rated this place and it didn't achieve a high rating.

Absolutely disgusted with the order tonight. Spent almost 40 dollars on a triple treat deal. The pepperoni pizza is way over cooked, pepperonis are beyond crispy, half the pizza was off of the crist in the box. Wouldn't recommend ordering from this location. Ordered for delivery tonight and yes I know it was late in the evening but it accepted my order and was set for delivery which I included a tip for. However after getting the text from door dash stating they would be there in 20 min with my order I checked the status and the order was canceled. No one not pizza hut or door dash reached out to let me know it was canceled. Side note I did not order through door dash I ordered through pizza hut they scheduled door dash to drop off which is fine. My complaint is that no one let me know the order was canceled. When I called the store the manager told me that the store was closed and that the door dash driver wouldn't take the food even though the manager says he told them they could. When I asked the manager why know one let me know of the cancelation he said door dash was supposed to call me. I am being told the order is being refunded hopefully that will be the case. I am just very disappointed at the lack of concern for the customer experience. I would have understood and even been willing to come pick up the food if they had no driver or once door dash wouldn't take it. Especially since the order was made but no one even called to give me that option.

I had some problems in the app with my payment it took it out of my account so I called to see if it was placed, they told me they didn’t see it but they will take my order and zero it out and I could not be more grateful they were super helpful and delivery driver was awesome I had to run to give them a tip since I forgot there wasn’t one 100% just be nice and they will be nice back ❤️❤️❤️ also pizza was very good ❤️❤️

HORRIBLE!! The staff was rude and didn’t know what they were doing. I ordered a chicken Alfredo and paid for the chicken, and only got sauce and noodles. I talked to the manager, and she was even ruder! I will be calling tomorrow morning to speak to the general manager. This was horrible and I’m appalled.

The Eldorado ks Pizza Hut has been awful for a long time now. My family decided to give them another shot. I was really surprised that the pizza had toppings and the food was hot. By this last experience we will give them another try.

I'm a truck driver so we eat a lot of pizza this one was fast and pizza was still hot order was correct I rate it number 1 in the U.S. for me right now highly recommend it.

Want to complement them for the box, that tasted way better than the theoretical pizza that was in it. Was a great Super Bowl treat. NOT!!! The melt my wife ordered was also disgusting. Although overbaked, managed to revive the breadsticks enough to eat. Last 32 dollars that they will get from me.

The food and service is alright, but just a few minutes ago when I picked up my carryout, my bf and I witnessed one of the delivery employees throw their delivery bag at a cat that was just sleeping on the side of the building. Absolute trash. Fire that monster immediately!
