That's a good idea to order tasty Pepperoni, salads and causa. Food delivery is a big advantage of this pizzeria. Pizza Hut is recommended for the patient staff. Terrific service is something that guests would like to improve here. Good prices are what you are to pay for your meal. There is pretty atmosphere at this place. But google users haven't given this spot a high rating.

Ordered 4 pizzas. Repeated order. Had order repeated to me. They still got it wrong. Refund was given but no tax was given back. Pizza was good. Took a little longer for delivery but that happens sometimes. Other than that driver was very nice.

I live an hour away. Picked up my order they got it wrong, had attitude when I called and said they couldn't do anything about it. Waited all week for wings to end up throwing them out. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $30–50

Not so good. Party of 4, waited over 5 min to be seated in largely empty restaurant. Took our drink order right away, got our drinks right away and said they would return right away but the server apparently forgot us because no one came to take our food order for over 20 minutes when I finally gave up and stood in line at the counter to order for our table service. 35 minutes AFTER we placed our food order they brought us the wrong order and asked us if it was right then took it to another 8 top table that had been seated for about 15 min. I waited another 5 min (40 minutes from ordering, 1 hour and 5 minutes from waiting to be seated) then walked to the counter to check on our order and request drink refills. I was told our order was just coming out the server was just getting our marinara sauce for our table... our order was 1 large thin crust pizza, 2 orders or cheese breadsticks and dessert cinnamon rolls. My point being it was not a large order. The.pizza was hot but not cut into slices. The cheese breadsticks were luke warm/room temp. The server apologized for the delay and said they got side tracked. No one checked on us again. We ate our meal, got up to go ask for refills and finally a to go cup then waited another 10 min at the counter for someone to take our payment. $48. Not a good experience but maybe we keep coming on "off" times that are unusual. We have eaten here twice in the last year, unfortunately it was a similar experience as the last time... hence the lengthy review. Maybe it'll help refresh my memory before trying it again in a year or so. LOL.

Ordered pizza online. Showed being delivered. 30 minutes past its delivery time I called in. They said it was cancelled due to invalid phone number? At 9:40 p.m. and this was our meal. Horrible experience history with Mineral Wells Pizza Hut, their service, and their deliveries. We have actually had them sit it on the porch and NOT even bother knocking in the past. Yep, it happened. Done with Pizza Hut.

If I could give them zero stars I would. Waited over an hour for our pizza to be delivered. We called at an hour waiting to see what the update was on our pizzas. The girl that answered the phone couldn’t have been more rude. We wanted to double check they had our address too. She says “it should be on there” okay that’s not what I asked, we asked you to check and make sure. Then tell us it’s going to be another hour wait! After telling her she was being rude she hung up on us. Then they call us probably 20 minutes later asking for our address. Girl! If your lobby is closed and only doing delivery and carry out. It can’t be that hard to answer the phone politely and do your job correctly.
