Called at 9:20p.m. no one answered. Called several times after and no one answered. Said open till 10 p.m. Called back the next day to speak to manager. Was hung up on twice. Rubbish!

The food was outstanding. Service was amazing. They have no servers. Looks like they are trying to fix that issue they have a sign posted that they are looking for help. The staff was super nice and offered us plates and pizza in boxes to eat inside. Most restaurants just turn you away and make you order pickup or delivery. Thank you for the option to eat in! Ordered online, brought the food home items were missing and the pizzas were raw. Toppings were slopping off of the very raw dough. Tried to call to get refund for the missing wings. The first time they hung up on us, next time we called we were rerouted in circles 6 times through a call center, not one of them spoke without a foreign accent. Their offer was to contact their regional manger and we might get a call back in 3 business days. We ended up taking the 20 minute drive back into town because to speak with the employees directly. placed an order online and app said this would be delivered by 11:30. It is now 12:11 and we are still waiting. Tried calling and you are connected to a call center who knows where, the 1st person hung up on me, the second one said pizza will be delivered shortly order is ready. This will be the last order we do for pizza hut. You cannot even speak to a local person. Calls are all answered who knows where, by people that barely speak English. Service: 1

Ordered a Buffalo chicken melt that had no buffalo sauce. It was just chicken, cheese and onions. I was at work so I had gotten Doordash. I tried to call the restaurant multiple times only to be told I was being transferred to the store where I spent my entire lunch break on hold.
