Have visited location twice already. Both times I requested pizza to be well done. Well baked. Both times they failed. I had to put in oven at home too fully cook. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $1–10 Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Ordered a large meat lovers with extra hamburger and then requested peppers and mushrooms added to one side. First of all the stuffed crust pizza which is extra wasn't cooked all the way through and was greasy as heck on the bottom. There was very little sauce and the toppings was a joke they barely added any and certainly not the extra requested. We took the pizza back to the store to remake the pizza and we could tell they didn't remake it they added more toppings and probably shoved it in the over for a minute or two to melt the cheese and then gave it back. We took it cause we needed dinner but should have refused it. Still no sauce still undercooked and there was a bubble on one piece where the cheese from the crust had migrated to the piece of pizza and for some reason the new pizza still had that bubble. Things that make you go hmm there is no way in heck you remade that pizza. Plus when you call to talk to someone no one answers the phone. I hadn't eaten here in three months due to the last experience and low and behold this was my last straw. Won't be dining here again.

Got a personal pan pizza like this. Literally just opened the box to this. looks like some took bites out of it. Needless to say I just threw it away. If this is the kind of service they have then I will never try them out again. BARROS is the way to go for fast-food chain pizza.

I order pizza and wings for my family and I. I ask for 2 of the pizzas to be well done and they delivered BURNT PIZZA! Not well done, completely burnt. The pepperoni was black! Onions, black! Crust, black! I immediately called and spoke to the manager, she sounded like she wasn't surprised nor interested. Asked if I want my account credited or remake my pizza. They remade it and didn't tell the delivery driver that it was a order correction. The wings were good but cold by the time the new pizza arrived. I will never order from this location again. Next time, if a customer is spending over $70 plus tip for fast food pizza, please don't send out burnt food. Take the time out to make another one before sending it out and expecting people to settle for it.

Burned pizza and no sauce with the breadsticks. Delivery went to wrong house, so was cold too. NOT the 1st time this location has delivered burned pizza

Ordered two medium pizzas, cheese bread and mini Cinnarolls for dinner. Pros: Food arrived on scheduled time, was hot and fresh. Pizza crust had sufficient herb seasoning. Cinnarolls were soft and well coated in icing. Cons: Cheese on cheese bread was overcooked. Pizzas were slightly over baked and crust on the harder side.

Fast and friendly. The food has been spot on every time so far. They’re great with dashers as well, treating us like one of their own. Definitely sets the bar for the other lacking restaurants in Buckeye & that’s crazy considering it’s a pizza place. Good work Buckeye Pizza Hut ☺️
