Their morning crew is awesome. Brittany is always helpful and sweet! Their night crew needs some work, they left my pizza sitting out for 20 minutes opened but Brittany called me and gave me a credit for order! She’s an awesome worker! Today, I order the Boston Style Supreme.which comes with a 2 Liter for $15.99. However, there was no Italian Sausage on my pizza at all, only vegetables. Plus, my wait time became longer because it was switched over to DoorDash. The driver Betty brought my pizza and it was COLD! I mean COLD! Come to think of it I don’t believe this pizza was even mines. Because it had only vegetables and NO SAUSAGE! I was so disappointed. Also, my garlic sauce was missing that I ordered. However, my pizza was really good and the crust was amazing that’s one of the reasons why I’m giving it a high rating. But, especially because the manager Patty gave me a credit for my entire order and apologized too me about the inconvenience. I didn’t get a chance to tell there was no meat on my pizza I only found it out later once I looked closely at my pizza. You be the judge! But, I give 5 stars for Patty. She was very polite, professional and treated me as a valued customer. Keep up the good work. But, please be more careful with making pizza’s and the drivers need to make sure that they give the right order to their customers.

When I tell you I personally don't have nothing bad to say about Calera Pizza Hut all good vibes. They showed out for ATEF love it the Pizza was on point and they had just started the salads back on the menu and they were great. Look forward to seeing a lot of me Britney and Cam you and your staff did your thing.

****Update with new photos from recent post The food can be hit or miss but that’s with any restaurant. The must have changed staff because these new people are AMAZING. I would recommend Pizza Hut Calera to my Friends and Family!

I was concerned when we moved here several years ago and found out our normal pizza spot didn't have a location, but our order is almost always delivered before the estimated delivery time and when we have had issues, they have always been resolved quickly and without a hassle. Pizza 🍕 and wings were hot and cooked just the I like them. There were only two guys working and they were knocking orders out and keeping it positive and had some great customer service.

Although sometimes the price can jump pretty high (when adding wings, especially) the food has always been hot and fresh and SOOOO good! And, we do prefer their wings to other pizza restaurants. Also, I love how easy the app is to use. I do wish the rewards system was better - I mean, it takes a lot of orders to actually get a PIZZA reward.... I don't really care about breadsticks and stuff. Wings, pizza, maybe even 2L drinks or something would be a better starting point for me.

I spent $82 on 2 large pizzas and 24 wings. The pizza's dough appeared to be very thick and gritty as if I was chewing sand. Just hard. I've ordered pizza hut for decades but the quality of what I received was beyond horrible. I will not order pizza hut ever again. A total waste of money. 😡😡😡
