If I could give them a 0 I would. There was no wing sauce, no marinara sauce for my breadsticks. Serving order of breadsticks has no toppings. Bite my breadstick to have a long piece of hair in my mouth. And they don’t answer so you can let them know. Service Delivery Meal type Dinner

Everyone at this location should be fired as they do not run a business correctly. I ordered a pizza two weeks ago and was told that it would be 30 mins from the time ordered to delivery. After a hour went by I called the Lake City, Ga location in which is where I ordered my pizza from and spoke with an employee who answered the phone and informed them that I had NOT received my pizza . This employee informed me that my ordered was not placed to be delivered and that it would be another 25 minutes before I would receive it. All and all I did not get my pizza delivery until an hour and half later! Once it did get me it was ice cold and the crust was the wrong one. I call back once again to this location several times only to be placed on hold and never have my call answered. I ask to speak to a manager and was placed on hold and no one ever came to the phone! This is not how you provide any type of customer service. My thoughts are that they do want ever they want in providing any type of service to their customers. Keep this type of nonprofessionalism up and you will have NO business. If management and corporate is ok with this. type is service this location just needs to be shut down. I can do a way better job than any of their employees. I called Pizza Hut corporate customer Service and still waiting for a call back. I want a full refund of my purchase of two pizzas and 1 2 litter Mountain Dew. I will never order from this location as it is beyond horrible is the best way to describe the service that you get from this location. It seems like no one cares or if they do it the bare minimum. Cold old pizza, wrong wings ordered bone in honey bbq and received boneless lemon pepper. Took the stuff back to the store and they literally said “i mean it’s not on us, door dash gave you the wrong wings!” Well what about this old pizza that looked a day old y’all sent out! I ordered one pizza and 16 piece boneless wings yesterday 12/27/23 for $42.23 using the Pizza Hut app. The delivery driver shows up with just a pizza. Once he looks at my receipt and run back to his car, he says the store didn't give him my wings. Then he leaves stating he has to make another delivery. I called the store at least 6 times yesterday and was unable to reach anyone to either get a refund or place a new order to receive what I already paid for. Terrible service.
