Not one of the items ordered were what PH normally would put out. Not enough sauce for the nuggets, pizza did not have much flavor and minimal toppings. The bread sticks were what bread sticks are..(good job) Used points to buy 3 items and paid for one item. Total bill was 7.99! Great price, however it wasn't very good. I'd rather pay more and get what you'd expect out of pizza hut than discount offerings that cut the quality of product to the point that I'd rather have had a frozen pizza. Pizza Hut Suppose to Be The Greatest fr Our Family As We Got Very Excited that they have Added Fries to the Menu But When Pizza Hut Made Our Order They Gave us Very Small Fries when They " Shouldn't " [ Should Not ] it Is Very " insulting " When The Order Is " Wrong " When Knowing How Our Order Should Be for The Cost of The Order .... Haven’t got my pizza having to wait cause dining room is closed but sign says till 8 I must not be reading time correctly? I ordered on app but I don’t like doing that out of my area cause it doesn’t automatically switch back to my store I use.

Unbelievable. Phone ordered 2 pizzas was told 15 min. Pulled up (drive thru) no one in line, was told 5 more min, please pull up. Waited 30 min and went inside, stood there as employees walked by the counter not acknowledging me for another 10 min. Finally get the little blond girl (assuming she was “in charge” and ask her about my order that she rand my card for over an hour ago at this point) she says what was the name, she goes back into a stack of pizza boxes and comes back out and says “just five more min” hands me two boxes and I go out to my truck. Open the boxes and they are not even the pizzas I ordered. I go back in holding the boxes, she walks past me. Finally I just said in a pretty loud and not happy voice “this isn’t even what I ordered, I want my money back.” She then rolled her eyes at me so hard you could hear it, takes my phone number and writes it on a slip of paper and says “I’ll get to it when I can” I looked at her in disbelief and she added “I’m busy, I can’t do it right now”, turned her back and walked away. Of course I look today and it wasn’t refunded. I’m actually not upset about the wait, busy is busy. It’s getting the wrong pizzas after an hour of my time and then the way I was treated after and now I have to dispute a charge because of some snot nosed, entitled little… she never even said “I’m sorry”. Neve, EVER again.

Online I placed an order for delivery. It was never delivered. I had to drive to the store to get the order . I was able to get the driver tip refunded. Apparently the website and the store were out of sync.

First pizza I got had no sauce, holes in it and no topping. When I called the manager on duty was very condescending when I spoke and had it remade. Got to the pickup window where the girl told me he was cutting it and to drive around the building. I couldn't sit there 30 seconds. The remade pizza had no sauce either and wasnt cut through. When I called back they were closed. I've never had a problem there during the lunch hours but doubt I ever go back.
