Kenny was awesome but when I first called for curbside pickup, whomever I spoke to never brought my order out. I waited 10 minutes and had to call again. That's when I got to Kenny! He is a great asset for your company with a very pleasant, fun & interactive personality, keep him happy! What a wonderful experience! The staff there are so polite and kept me laughing while I waited for my food. The food came out perfectly and my family enjoyed everything. Terrible phone order system that routes to foreign call center for customers a mile a way. This location will be closed within a year if there poor customer service continues. 0 stars. - Dry Pizza & pasta, with much higher prices..Pizza Hut, what happened ?

This location is lazy with the pan pizzas. Their cheese does not go to the corners! Deep dish pan pizza IS cheese from corner to corner! This is what I expect from pan pizza from Pizza Hut. Will NOT be ordering from this location again.

They insist on getting a signature when I pick up the order even when I have already paid for it online with a credit card. This is annoying and when I ask them why I need to sign when I already paid for it they just give some nonsensical reason. I believe they are making people sign the receipt so they can get once last chance to get a tip. When I order online from any other place I never have to sign, so I know it's not really necessary. Got a 14” pizza for $17 One of the worst pizzas I have ever had. I Used to like Pizza Hut back in the day. Barely any cheese. I feel like I paid $17 for undercooked flour, a spoonful of sauce, and a tiny drop of cheese. Not worth it
