The staff did not speak Swedish very well. English works better I think.
The music has been a bit too loud the times we were there.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Pizza Hut in Jonkoping, Sweden, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations on multiple fronts. From the moment I entered, I was greeted by friendly and attentive staff who made me feel welcomed and valued as a customer.
The restaurant had a comfortable and inviting atmosphere, perfect for enjoying a meal with friends or family. The seating was spacious, allowing for a relaxed dining experience, and the overall cleanliness of the restaurant was impressive.
Now, let's talk about the food. The menu at Pizza Hut offered a wide variety of options that catered to different tastes and preferences. The pizzas were undoubtedly the highlight of the meal. They were freshly made with a generous amount of toppings and a deliciously thin, crisp crust that left me craving more. The flavors were distinct and perfectly balanced, showcasing the skill and attention to detail of the kitchen team.
In addition to their fantastic pizzas, Pizza Hut also offered a range of appetizers, salads, and desserts. I had the pleasure of trying their garlic breadsticks, and they were the perfect melt-in-your-mouth combination of garlic, butter, and soft bread.
What impressed me most was the quality of service. The staff at Pizza Hut went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of our dining experience was excellent. They were attentive, knowledgeable about the menu, and went out of their way to accommodate special dietary requests.
If I were to offer one suggestion for improvement, it would be to expand the vegetarian options on the menu. While the existing vegetarian choices were delicious, a few more options would certainly enhance the dining experience for vegetarian customers.

Swedens obsession to automate and accept only card payments have hitted to Pizza Hut also and you are "welcomed" inside by person telling go to table and make orders online by phone. Thats about the customers service, it could be actually done better with truly by Robot AI better now it was well not good by person. To find our later that we could actually have done all order by person at counter...should be mentioned when we arrived...so much hassle running around to get all things for family than having it done traditionally by customers service to table and taking orders, please...I give points for that. Anyways house was full of workers just wondering around...or were they just some trainees collecting dishes...
Small cozy but expensive.
One of my rarely visited Huts which I've so far has had no issues with. The environment is unlike most other huts (elegant or quick dining) rather simple and modern with a touch of Expresso House inspired calmness.
Staff used to be rather quiet with formal tone but during my last visits there is a new gang don't wear uniforms, they tell loudly around the resturang in Indian/English which sounds a bit fun. They are however really polite and seem to add some extra thought and energy to deliver what you want.
But this all comes with a cost and time which doesn't really do them well considering their location outside a mall near the highway.
Spending time to wait for their food like other elegant places is not something tired shoppers or highway riders want to do.
This is part of a brand, so I can’t complain too much. However, I really can’t justify the extreme pricing here. It’s is not one of the nicer restaurants, so you can’t argue for the price being based on the experience. It is not for the ingredients, it is basically 90% bread, 10% topping.
This review is more of a critic on the brand, rather than this particular restaurant. The people working there were adequate, not extra nice, but not impolite. The atmosphere is good.
Let's be honest! It's all about Kebab pizza in JKPG. I absolutely like it, yet, sometimes having a break makes sense (which means you either go to the Italian restaurant at the city or to Pizza hut) - and we chose the later as our hearts said "try some pan pizza".
We went there during the evening. There was only one staff in the front, and honestly saying, she is one of the best waitress I have met thus far. We ordered two pizzas including one pizza meal and the large snack box. The delivery was fast, and by mistake they baked a medium pizza instead on small one - for which they didn't even charge as otherwise they would have to through it anyway. The food was fine (the dough could be a bit less oily) and the snack box was crispy too - perhaps, the chicken wings could be a bit more seasoned?
But remember the waitress? She was going to all table, and asking whether everything was fine, whether anyone need anything else while maintaining a good social distance. We couldn't finish our portions, and when asked, she was very generous in bringing a takeaway box and offering to pack for us. Very good service! Much appreciated.
Clean and nice place. Recommend the puffet👍. They keep saladbowls on the ice, that’s huge plus. Only one unisex restroom + separate inva-restroom. Soft ice-cream was the best I’ve ever had!
