I was in the facility waiting on service which did not happen. I approached the counter and attempted to place an order and told the lady that I have been waiting for some time. Her response was if you didn't check in with us we wouldn't know why you were here. The place only had 3 tables that they were serving. Because of the waitress's response I chose to leave. Unfortunately it was really an easy fix to provide customer service and this was not a priority. I will not return. Meal type Other Service: 1

We had our sons birthday party here. I called ahead and Leo was very helpful with everything we needed to do. He suggested calling in the day before with our order so it would be ready right when we got there and it was hot and fresh. We had a large group and the service was great. We had to order extra food once we got there and it was easy to do so and came out quick. Meal type Dinner Price per person $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We tired 3 different numbers, and they sent us to a call center. It was Superbowl, so I also tried to order online only to get an error message. I also tried to order from 3 different places with carryout online and still got an error message. Service: 1

Worst pizza I've ever had. I got the 2 large pizzas bread sticks and a cookie. I'm almost 100% sure it was frozen pizza it was barely larger than my hand and the crust and topping were horrible. Totinos pizza is better and that's no exaggeration!

Forgot half our order then refuse to answer phone. Do we get a refund on the tip and delivery fee beens having to head to the store now...? Edit: they were sitting on counter... manager was nice and made fresh ones and gave coupons for some personal pan pizzas.... so will upgrade from 1 to 3 but leaving original paragraph... thank you for making right.

I ordered the New York pizza and I usually get it delivered, but I was in the area, so when I went to pick it up, I looked at it and it did not look like the one I usually order that has a lot of sauce and a lot of cheese and it’s melting when you pick up a piece, and I asked the lady is that the New York one, it’s what it says on the box, but I wanted to make sure and she said yes yes that’s the one so I thought OK maybe I can’t till now by just looking at it, even though I had my doubts about the way it looks, so I thought I will make sure when I get home, I will see, unfortunately, it was sticking together it is not melting whatsoever and it’s not like the one I usually order from other places, it was awful, and I also like to add that the person that was taking the order. I couldn’t understand what he was saying. His English was broken that I was having a hard time telling him what my order is, and maybe he just made another one or he’s new and wasn’t trained properly, who knows what the heck he did, but it does not taste anything like the other places that makes the same pizza, not going back and I advise to stay away from this one on kings ave across from Walmart
