Any other Pizza hut in town is better than this stop. I ordered 3 pizzas well done, one sausage and 2 bacon, some cajin fries and bread sticks. I could not even eat the bacon pizzas they went in the trash since they were so soggy and under cooked. The fries tasted like rubber and even my kids who love fries didn't want them. I have tried this location a few times and almost every time there is an issue. Either they run out of ingredients (pizza doe, alfredo sauce) or they are just closed random days of the week.

Just ordered from here got cheesesticks and "pepperoni lovers" pizza where's all the pepperoni for this supposed "pepperoni lovers" and there's not really any cheese on the cheesesticks anymore apparently guess my favorite pizza to get I'll have to no longer get since they don't want to put the toppings on to make it a "pepperoni lovers" pizza nor enough cheese to actually call their cheesesticks cheesesticks utter disappointment pizza hut all this and had to fight with your app to even get it delivered guess I should've just not ordered when the app kept not working right Meal type Lunch Price per person $30–50 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I ordered delivery for my family and I. The pizza arrived and let me open the boxes. They looked amazing and the ingredients tastes amazing. It wasn't over saucy and it wasn't under cheesy and it wasn't burnt or dried out. The possible was yummy and also not dried out or overcooked The delivery was quick and the driver was super nice Meal type Dinner Price per person $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Recommended dishes Triple Chocolate Brownie

Usually fast service at the pick-up window and hot, amazing, loaded pizzas. Tonight we waited in line for 30 minutes with no apology or explanation. To make it worse, everything was overcooked and dry, had minimal toppings, and I had to cut all 3 pizzas at home because i guess it was too much work to cut all the way through! This location used to be so good 😔

Waited in the drive through for 50 minutes. The manager said they were experiencing a cheese malfunction, which makes me question pizza hut as a whole. No refund, no discount, nothing. Although the manager was fairly apologetic, I won't be returning. The cheese was like a powdered texture, not quite parmesan cheese like, just really gross. And it didn't make sense because the cheese on the pepperoni side was just fine. Idk, I suggest Papa Johns out of the three chains for sure, I wanted to give Pizza Hut a chance since they are literally 3 blocks away, never again. There's no excuse for me to wait almost an hour in the drive through with no discount or good product. I even showed up 5 minutes after the ready time.

I am out well over 100 dollars. Simply in "promos" that I had to make a minimum purchase of JUST to redeem said promo. I'd place an order, wait 2 sometimes 3 HOURS for the food to show up cold. When I called to complain about it, they offered me a "promo" code for my inconvenience. Well, I'd place another order in good faith that what happened...wouldn't happen again. Boy was I wrong. Well after about 3 times of this happening, I got fed up and it just so happens that someone from "home office" reached out to me to see if there was "anything that can be done to fix the situation." I have been back and forth with this person for well over 2 months now. Brittany I believe her name is. Long story short, her story kept on changing regarding who I was supposed to hear from. First, it was Daniel the manager AT the store in question. Then it was Mike shearer. Then Mike kocher. Both of whom she claimed were "head" of their department. I haven't heard anything from anyone. No missed calls from unknown numbers, no voice-mail, etc. So, she has very effectively been giving me the run around. Bottomed line, customer service is nonexistent here. The food sucks. You would be better off going to papa John's, papa Murphys, little caesars, ANYWHERE other than here. Because anyone can out pizza this so called hut. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The new Manager Jamie has made such an amazing difference at this location! MUCH MUCH BETTER food, service and attitudes! She was accommodating and genuinely cared about making our experience 5 star all the way! Thanks Jamie for making Pizza Hut enjoyable again 🙂

Horrible service and rude staff. Ordered food and when food was made incorrectly, I let the manager know politely (“hey just to let you know, I ordered this. I’ll still eat it, but just so you were aware”) and she went into the back of the counter which was about 5 feet away from my small table in a very dirty location and talk negatively about me including calling me inappropriate names knowing I can hear because “people shouldn’t be so picky”
