Unlike any Pizza Hut I've ever been to before. You do most of the work yourself. The staff don't bring you menus or cutlery. You need an app to order after scanning your table number. Very nice pizzas at Pizza Hut Borlänge. Service is good and prices are reasonable. There's also plenty of comfortable seating, and a restroom. If you're here during daytime then I recommend you go for the lunch buffet (which costs KR 119) instead of an individual meal. You won't regret. It is a Pizza hut... good service and the buffet had four different pizzas. Fresh bathrooms. All in all an ok stop.

Edit: Called the staff at the location and they replied that the mistake wouldn't happen again and they had some new kitchen staff. Thankful the person on the phone was very kind and understanding about how big of an error it was. Fixing to 3 stars because of the response.

Their lunch buffet is really good with many pizzas and salads to choose from. The staff is super helpful too. Much recommend!

Beautiful restaurant, nice furniture and there is more good food than you can eat. Coffee, cookies and pizza bread is included in the buffet, great!

I absolutely love the Pizza hut, and have been to many restaurants and take aways. But this specific one is the worst off all of them. No drink refill with same pricing as other restaurants, the glasses are also half the size so you over pay 4 times. Lies about a problem with the oven, while they just forgot/cook was on a break, salad bar was not fresh at all with bland ingredients. And waitresses were constantly laughing loudly.

To be frank, i dont have developed taste buds for the recipes being served here. So I will rate it OK. Dough cookie is something new I tasted here. Vanilla shake is good. Pizza is OK.

I bought a vegan No meat hot and sweet.. It tasted ok but I got very very little toppnings.. One jalapeno and one oumph per slize and a few tomatoes and I dindnt see any fig.. And I payed 190 kr for a M pizza 😳 First and last time.
