**Review:**
I recently visited Pizza Hub to sample their offerings, and here's my take:
**Pizza Quality:**
- The pizza experience was a mixed bag. While the dough seemed standard, it lacked any distinct flavor and wasn't cooked hot enough, resulting in a lack of crispiness, particularly at the bottom. The middle part of the pizza was chewy and limp, with a raw tomato paste flavor that was off-putting.
**Variety:**
- Although the Margherita pizza fell short, the Chicken Pesto pizza stood out with its flavorful toppings. The crust was easy to eat, reminiscent of NY style thin crust, but still lacked the desired crispiness.
**Comparison:**
- In comparison to other local options like Krusties and Via Mia saratoga , Pizza hub cannot claim exclusivity in the pizzeria scene, as there are similar offerings elsewhere.
**Ambiance and Service:**
- On the upside, the timing of service was good, and the seating arrangements were decent. Additionally, the availability of a sink with soap for convenient handwashing was appreciated.
**Extras:**
- It's worth noting that while the pizza may not have stood out, the addition of ranch for 75 cents per cup was a welcomed enhancement to the overall dining experience.
Overall, pizza hub has its strengths, particularly with certain pizza options and convenience factors like handwashing stations, but there's room for improvement, especially in achieving a more distinctive flavor profile and achieving a crispier crust.
The pizza was yummy just need some house keeping the dine in area.
