Definitely recommend. Had Kachin and Burmese food here and all of it was amazing and really reasonably priced. Most things under 100 baht. Had the Kachin curries - veg and meat and the Burmese goat was also really good and tasted authentic. Photos don't do it justice. Oh! And some great Burmese salads too! All the usuals - egg plant salad, pennywort salad, tea-leaf salad and lemon salad!!! (If vegetarian/vegan remember to tell them as most come with a few dried shrimp). Friendly staff and a really nice, clean environment. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person ฿100–200 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes Burmese Traditional Food Menus

Getting started with the menu was daunting and borderline frustrating, but in the end we ate a lot of interesting Burmese dishes for a low price. Tea leaf salad - salty herbal and very nutty. Beef curry - think spicy sauce and fork- tender meat. Rice noodle salad with fish cake - could be described as deconstructed khao soy, very satisfying. Coconut steamed rice - sweet fragrance, matched well with the other flavors. Avocado smoothie - delicious but served precariously in a glass ready to spill over. Two small bowls of accompanying soup were a nice surprise. One was a simple but rich chicken broth, the other featured strips of sour bamboo and the unique aroma of fresh roselle leaves. Thai&Myanmar food. The taste is very delicious. The price is cheaper when comparing their quality. However, I really appreciate their service. If I come back here, I have to come here again. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person ฿100–200 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Came in on a miserable drizzley night. The food and warm welcome made everything better immediately. Looking forward to trying the rest of the menu. Flavours were very reminiscent of northern Myanmar. Thank you for such a heart-warming experience. We shall be back. This place is one not to be missed!!! The staff are lovely but the food is amazing. I especially loved the beef curry but the salads and roti were divine too. Everyone should check the kachin menu, beautiful flavours. If we had been in Mae Sot for longer, I would definitely go back and experience more. Sadly, there were not many people eating when we were there, so there was not much atmosphere, but it was only Monday. I really wish this wonderful place every success, they deserve it. Delicious and healthy dishes we all enjoyed at this lunch. Beef curry is recommended besides tomatoes and pennyworth salads.

Fantastic new Myanmar restaurant in Mae Sot that serves both traditional Burmese fare and delicious Kachin food, which is very hard to find in Thailand!

Great delicious Burmese meal and food. Recommend to taste.
Since mid-November a delicious restaurant has opened in the centre of Mae Sot. A couple from Yangon came here to wait for better days... They offer the best of Burmese gastronomy and Ney, who works in the kitchen, knows how to dose the spices and aromatic herbs. Fermented tea salad, Mandalay noodles, 100 year old egg salad, everything is tasty and very fresh, but above all the welcome is perfect and the service impeccable! Long live PiTi Myanmar!
