First time visiting the Novi location on Monday and was greeted with THE BEST customer service. The young lady helping me was so patient, kind, and explained all the options I could have as a person that can't have GF or dairy. The quality of the food was excellent and I can't wait to go back. I forgot to ask her name, but my receipt says Erika, so, thank you Erika for outstanding service! Amazing service and great food. Best restaurant in Novi!!! Amazing fresh food. Great quality and great customer service. You must try this restaurant and you’ll never go anywhere else again. Everything about this place is amazing but they aren’t fully halal which is disappointing because us Muslim people are limited with options. I’d probably come in more if everything was halal. Another thing I dislike a lot is that if you try to call in an order, first it’s a bot talking and at least 5-6mins of your time is wasted because you can’t call in an order. They want you to order online which is so time consuming especially when you already know what you want to order. Not everything is on the menu online either. These things are not really common for a middle eastern food place. I hope to see them change these things in the near future so I can tell my friends about it. If I were to tell them right now that not everything is halal then they’re going to never come lol. Blame the trust issues. Besides that everything else is great. Was waiting for this place to open and finally got to try it over the weekend. The staff was very friendly and the place was super clean. We ordered two chicken pitas and they were delicious and extremely fresh. I'll probably be eating here weekly. My husband and I were here in 12/7 (our anniversary). We were treated so awesomely the food was great, and I appreciate everything. We never disclosed that it was a special day for us, and was still treated special. Thanks guys.
