I was really disappointed in this spur, being a person that usually picks spur as their first choice to eat at. I can't believe that they would not cater for religious needs at the cascades spur, I asked for a new burger on the menu that I really wanted to try and asked if the patty could be switched from beef to chicken and the manager refused and said other spurs will do it but they don't, Secondly the waiter that served us sphe, had a don't care attitude and wasn't as attentive. It was a pathetic experience, I wouldn't recommend anyone go to the cascades spur, you'd rather drive to the howick or Scottsville where you get the best service and not treated in such a pathetic way. As you can see I haven't rated the food as I was so upset I got up adnnd left the establishment. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Service is always friendly. I've found myself without electricity a lot lately, and spur is very accommodating. Allowing me ro spend all day at their restaurant working while my child plays. They have perfected being attentive when you need them and leaving you to be when in virtual meetings. The food is always delicious 😋

On the 9th of April my family and I went to Spur Pine Ridge in Cascades for a lunch. We were given a table to sit and the place was very quiet. We waited for about 10 minutes and no one came to take our orders until we asked for somebody. We still waited for quite some time after asking to be assisted. A waitress came to take our orders and told us that she has knocked off already our waitress will come. She took our orders and we waited again for quite a while for our drinks until we ask to see the manager. When we finally got our food we get burnt food. This was a very horrible service feeling like you are there to bother them!!!! Service Dine in Meal type Lunch

Effective Covid controls pleasantly done. Service relaxed and attentive. Due to a slow morning the waitress and manager both checked repeatedly on well being. 5 checks became a little intrusive 😁

Saturday 7 October 2023 at 4.15pm i phoned Pine Ridge Spur to order 2 pensioner's meals for take-away, only to be told that they are not available as take-aways. I ordered a take-away meal the previous week and there did not seem to be any problems then. The person who answered the phone certainly was not interested in my order and Spur have lost my custom. I will not return anytime soon.

We waited an hour and a half for our Uber eats delivery, only to be notified that it was cancelled. Upon phoning the branch, we were told that the order was cancelled because Spur didn’t have stock. Not sure how the order was even accepted in the first place if there was an issue with stock. What a poor reflection of management and customer service. This also isn’t the first time that there has been an issue with an order that we’ve placed for takeaway. We definitely will no longer be supporting this branch. Service: 1
