Had 3 of their pies that we picked up from the Food Coop in Brooklyn for this TG Holiday 2023- they were dense, heavy and mostly uninteresting- And they were very very expensive at 30$ each pie, when one of the NYS best bakery sells theirs at 20$ at the Green Market, and Whole Foods sells their Holiday pies at also around 20$. I would strongly recommend that you do not go out of your way to buy from Pieconic- we had their apple raspberry crumble pie (no special taste and mushy), the triple threat pecan pie ( where were the pecans??) and the bourbon walnut (heavy)- never again, mediocre to average at best.... when i see a new pie here my taste buds get ready for heaven and today i tried their “Chocolate Orange Chess Pie” and it was delightful and complex and suitable for the most discerning of adult lovers of sweets
What they do they do good but it's overpriced, $7 for a small slice of pie?
First time tasting vegan cookies, I must say these cookies were pleasantly delicious 🤤, coupled with fresh coffee, this amazing place offers a variety of pastries, pies, tarts, cookies, muffins. Freshly baked. My server of course was delightful and very friendly. Must visit if you are in the area.

Went into the store and it was my first time inside I was amazed how I received amazing service and how you can feel the caring and the passion of the work in the pies and Cheesecake, and Cookies and the smell inside is amazing the smell of pies and quiche The lady at the counter took her time Went through ever pie they had , she even explained what they taste. I didn't know what I wanted to try, I ended get Zesty Lemon Chess all I can say is that the pie was amazing, and I also got the chocolate ecstasy that too was amazing .Both of them are really worth getting them you will not be disappointed. I will be going back because I would like to try the Backyard Apple and Sunday Morning Blueberry Buttermilk and a cheesecake. I will tell you this I'm not kidding I found a place for a amazing pie now .So if you haven't been there you need to stop in and try a pie you will not be disappointed trust me you put that first piece in your mouth it puts a smile on your face all you can do is just enjoyed. Please go try..
Very disappointing - Blissful Buttermilk Mixed Berry Pie - looked great. Crust very thick, filling heavy and tasteless.

The apple pie and gluten-free brownie are delicious!
The event was part of a yelp sponsored experience. I rsvp'd to this event and thought I would stop by on my way to NYC. Though one of my yelp friends, Jem.B and Mike, were able to accomplish that, I was a day too early in my planning. Now I get to drive past Pieconic tomorrow, and may be stop by again and pick up a pie, muffin, cheesecake, or quiche. I would have wanted to try their Empire State Bourbon Chocolate Pie, which was featured on NBC's Today show, but picked a well-deserved alternative, Godfather Chocolate Amaretto Pie. The pie was flaky on the outside, gooey on the inside with a punch of chocolaty liqueur. I also got to try peppermint try and bought a lemon blueberry muffin to take home for my son. Most of the ingredients are sourced locally and prepared by Christopher or Wendy. Christopher has managed hotel portfolios for the Prince of Saudi and Emir of Qatar, and has been a chef at few of New York's grandest hotels, the Pierre, Plaza, Peninsula, Regency and Regent Hotels. If you are in the area, I recommend you stop in, as they are just a mile away from the charming center of Chatham. Last but not least, thank you Caitlin for organizing this local experience.
