I really really hope the owners see this because I love this place! I used to live in Lynwood and would come here when I would miss home because they make auquachile just like my mom and she’s from Nayarit. Today after I tasted my aguachile there was virtually no salt in it. This is the second time I come for takeout and the aquachile is missing flavor! Please please taste test before serving because it’s so disappointing to taste this and not get that immediate satisfaction. Either way the food is delicious.
