This place took me by surprise at first. I loved the menu and the food was good. The waiter was friendly and the outdoor experience was very calming. It’s kinda quiet which is what took my heart more! Giving it 4-star rating because they didn’t have some things which were on their menu and there’s no variety of fruit juice there. Other than that, it’s a good place.

I loved the place and loved the food, we had an excellent afternoon. The staff is 100% friendly and the guy who served us explained the menu and options. The pizzas were awesome! Also had a cappuccino, very limited variety of juices than fizzies. The prices are also pocket friendly Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Food: 5 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 5

So my last visit to Picanha was horrible and I had vowed never to go back there but my Partner convinced me to try them one more time just to see if things had improved. Well the good news is this visit to Picanha was not too bad at all. The down side was that the tables and glasses were dirty. The up side was that the food didn't take long to be prepared and though they didn't have everything in their menu as usual but the food was very tasty and the customer service not too bad (there is still room for improvement).. I had some wings as a starter then a burger with chips accompanied by a Malawi Shandy. I must repeat myself- the food was very tasty! If the downside can be improved I'm sure I wouldn't mind going back again...

Delicious food served at Picanha. Conveniently located in a top notch shopping centre with options to either seat inside or outside to enjoy the beautiful outdoor view. The waiter was polite and promptly processed our orders with ease. If you are in that part of Bulawayo and you're hungry thats a good place to grab a bite.

Even though it's a nice place to eat, they are ashamed of their sadza menu because you have to eat it at the back of the restaurant only. Never experienced such as an international traveler. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

The place has a very peaceful environment. Their service is stellar and their staff is very courteous. Their prices are reasonable and the food is excellent. It is suitable for family lunches or dinners. For those with a sweet tooth, they serve some very nice dessert to cater for your cravings.
